At FitSmiles Orthodontics, we strive to help patients of all ages acquire and maintain a straight set of teeth. While early orthodontic treatment is preferable, adults can seek orthodontic treatment as well. Dr. Hany Youssef, D.D.S., M.S. is a board-certified orthodontist who also provides a unique form of braces known as INBRACE. As an elite provider of INBRACE, Dr. Yousef can attach the braces to the back of the patients teeth.
We create a comfortable and welcoming environment for patients to relax during the treatment process. When we go over possible teeth straightening options with a patient, we will help the patient determine which one meets their needs.
Dr. Hany Youssef is a board-certified orthodontist. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery from USC, completed his residency in orthodontics at USC, and is currently a clinical adjunct professor for USCs graduate orthodontics department.
Dr. Youssef brings to his practice a unique skill set that includes extensive experience in treating both children and adults with braces, lingual braces (commonly referred to as InBrace), and Invisalign. He is also bi-lingual and able to speak fluently in both English and Arabic.
An important note about InBrace InBrace is new technology that allows the use of braces from behind the teeth. Dr. Youssef is one of the few orthodontists in Southern California who not only specializes in InBrace treatment plans, but who has also been tasked with creating a certification course for other orthodontists to implement InBrace technology in their practices.

A Board Certified Orthodontist is an orthodontist who has voluntarily gone through hundreds of additional hours of preparation to demonstrate their judgment, skills and knowledge required for providing the highest level of patient care. They have achieved board certification through the American Board of Orthodontics, the only orthodontic specialty board recognized by the American Dental Association and in affiliation with the American Association of Orthodontists.
An orthodontist is a dentist who has completed a graduate program in dentistry to receive their DDS or DMD (Doctor of Dental Surgery or Doctor of Dental Medicine), and also gone through a competitive residency at a CODA-accredited orthodontic program for an additional 2-3 years to be trained specifically in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics.

Dr Youssef helped me with the most challenging steps in fixing the alignment of my teeth. I got several opinions from multiple doctors from different educational backgrounds, and the only one that earned my trust was Dr Youssef. He is very knowledgeable, talented and skilled in his field...yet humble and knows how to listen his patients concerns without overlooking any of it. I did recommend him and his practice to lots of my family members and friends, and they all thanked me for the recommendation. Do yourself a favor and look nowhere else when it comes to orthodontics needs....you will not be disappointed. The moment you call his office to make an appointment till you meet with him, you will be welcomed like a friend or family. FitSmiles has been great! After doing a lot of research, I came in to see Dr. Hany because I love the way he changes people's smile to fit their face and not just their smile from his before and after photos from his instagram (@drfitsmiles). I only wanted to come in for a consultation and ended up getting my braces the same day because of Dr. Hany and staff. Staff members scanned my teeth and a CAD like program of my teeth was displayed on a screen. The program then auto-generates a plan for your teeth. However, what amazed me is that Dr. Hany will restructure that plan according to your concerns and his expertise. Dr. Hany is very knowledgeable, experienced, educated, and cares about his work and results. I would highly recommend FitSMiles! Also, what makes this place amazing is the outstanding staff.

FitSmiles not only provides the best treatment but the best service. From the moment you walk in you are always greeted with a warm welcome. This office has the absolute best team in terms of talent and people. I can't express in words the gratitude I have for Dr. Youssef for being so accommodating, especially now that I've moved out of state. I currently have braces and I started my journey with FitSmiles Orthodontics a little over a year. It took me a while to find an orthodontics and I was so glad that I found them. When I first met Dr. Youssef I explained my teeth concerns and what other ortho doctors told me that made me want to get a second opinion. Dr. Youssef addressed my concerns and explained his plan and vision. And now a year later I can see the development of my teeth and how close I am to have them removed. The staff members are so nice and easy going. They make you feel welcome and are very professional. It's also hard to understand dental insurance but they made sure to go over the braces plan and payments. I cant wait for the day that my braces are removed but I will miss coming to the ortho for my visits :)

All the people are lovely, they are always respectful, nice, and they feel like they truly care about you. I have already finished phase 1 and I am on phase 2 right now. I have never liked going to the dentist until I came to this one. They have created such great memories for me that I truly will never forget, and if I could come more I really will. My teeth have changed so much, and I never honestly thought that I would look like this. I am very grateful for this opportunity to be a part of the fit smiles family. After having an unexpected consultation with Dr. Youssef, his passion and communication about the expected changes I would experience was exactly what I needed to make the commitment. My goal was to get the perfect smile while working with a professional that actually cares their work is perfect. In addition to being accessible to his patients, Dr. Youssef works with you to provide comfort whenever needed. His enthusiasm all the way through helped get through the process that can require compliance and patience. I am so happy with my decision to align my teeth while under Dr. Youssef's care. I knew I wanted to get my braces done with Dr. Youssef the moment I had my consultation with him. He is so informative, hardworking and nice! The staff is also really helpful when it comes to making appointments and has great customer service. Awesome experience so far with Dr. Hany Youssef at the FitSmiles Orthodontics, very friendly and professional staff, during the consultation Dr. Youssef explained to me the different treatment options and how they work, in a few minutes they did a 3D scan of my teeth and I was able to see how my teeth would look like after I complete my treatment, in my case Dr. Youssef recommended doing an invisalign, I'm 4 months in and I can already see the difference! Also Diana took the time to review my dental plan, explained to me my coverage, was very accommodating in setting up payment plans and did it all over again when I switched jobs and had to switch my dental insurance provider.

I've been a patient of Dr. Hany Youseff for about 9 months. He makes my orthodontic journey enjoyable and fun. His perfectionists view impresses me. Dr. Youssef is a very knowledgeable professional who goes above and beyond to ensure the patient's experience there is over the top. I went for a consultation with Dr. Hany based on my friend's recommendation and from the first visit I felt his genuine personality and passion about his patients' teeth health. He really puts all his heart, experience and professionalism into finding the most suitable treatment to achieve best results. He has recommended lingual braces/INBRACE to me based on my ortho goals and lifestyle and so far I'm so thrilled with the results and I'm less than 6 months into it and will be done in less than 4 weeks.
