They had me waiting in the office an hour checking my masshealth on the day of my appointment...I was switched from room to room by a person that doesnt speak much english, the cleaning was rough and painful, they tried to get me to schedule to redo old fillings that are fine, then gave me a free sonic toothbrush which I even threw away. I recommend going up the street to 245 Summer St to Fitchburg Dental ( formerly Michael C Meyer). This place was pretty scarey and upsetting.

They were absolutely terrible I will never go to this place ever again very disrespectful and they messed up my teeth and gave me a attitude because I wanted them to redo it when THEY messed it up!!! Do not recommend no one coming here if your getting crowns or anything this guy did such a terrible job hope he gets sued soon.

Joke of a practice. Called to tell them I would be 10 min late due to my daughter having a medical emergency. They said I couldn't call 20 min before my scheduled appointment to say I was going to be late and that they wouldn't take me. So I said I'll have to reschedule instead then. I was told I will not be able to reschedule my appointment because they will not give me another appointment since I didn't call 48 hours in advance to reschedule. I said I already have 6 appointments lined up. And the woman said it doesn't matter that I will be removed as a patient because of this short notice. I told them my handicapped daughter had a silent seizure and that's why I couldn't make it. She changed her tone of voice and I said I would find another practice instead. Moving forward I messaged the receptionist explaining what had happened and they told me they had left me voicemails and texts to confirm my appointment and I never did. My point is if I didn't confirm the appointment regardless why am I being reprimanded for cancelling if I never confirmed the appointment anyway? Again I wasn't aware that my daughter would have a seizure episode the day of my appointment. Totally inconsiderate practice who clearly doesn't care for the patients and only cares about the money. Also no where on their entire website does it state their policies and regulations for appointments or rescheduling, so how are patients even suppose to know? Would not recommended this place and if I could give this place no stars I would.

Excellent care I was totally taken advantage of by aspen dental a week ago. Fitchburg smiles took me in as soon as possible the procedure was done smoothly and quickly. They were very knowledgeable and understanding of the situation and took good care of me I would recommend this dentist 10 out of 10 times. Great place and great environment. Dentist has almost every one nervous to go, but Fitchburg Smiles makes sure your comfortable at all aspects. My boyfriend and I came in Aug 2021 to start my pre pregnancy journey and I got some crown & sent to do a root canal and finish the crown work. I felt good every time I came in. Dentist, and the assistant always had me feeling better about coming in every time. I now enjoy coming to the dentist. Here is some work that has been done with me. I'm very pleased to smile. I had a small gap for a week but it was well worth the results. Pic 1: before work was done Pic2: temp crown work Pic 3: final results. I recommend coming here & if you are unsure please give them a call & someone will help you through the process. My boyfriend happy about coming here as well.

Dr. Ebeed and his staff are wonderful people. I had not gone to a dentist for a few years. Over half my teeth were not good. I must say that every appointment has been a very positive experience. From the time I walk in the door and am greeted warmly and friendly by Brittany and Francine, I feel completely assured I am in excellent care. Dr. Abeed has made me totally happy to look in the mirror and smile again for which I am incredibly grateful for. An Erica is the absolute best dental assistant ever!! Thank you all so very much.

It was my first time at Fitchburg Smiles, after not having been to a dentist in a while. None of the staff criticized me for not having gone sooner. The receptionists were wonderful, funny, professional and got me in quickly. Wait time was non-existent. DR. Nadar Ebeed was considerate, polite and I felt very comfortable the entire time. Though this was my first experience with him it will not be the last, he made a wonderful impression and is very good at his job. 100% recommending / referring friends to this establishment.
