Ketki Desai, DDS, has been practicing dentistry for over 25 years. She has completed over 1,500 hours of continuing education to keep up with the high-tech, science-based transformation that has occurred in modern dentistry. She believes in building a foundation of trust through standards of excellence and a relaxing, positive experience for her patients. She strives to keep up with state-of-the-art dental procedures.
Dr. Desai is the founding member of the American Association of Dentists of Indian Origin, and she maintains membership in the Columbus Dental Society, American Dental Association, and Asian Indian Alliance. She is also an alternate delegate and trustee of the Ohio Dental Association as well as a North East Regional Dental Board examiner. Governor Strickland appointed her to the Ohio State Dental Board from 2008 to 2012, and she served two years as the boards vice secretary. She takes great pride in improving the quality of life and self-esteem of her patients and citizens of Ohio, and her commitment to lifelong education and quality dentistry ensures the highest level of care, both today and tomorrow.
Dr. Desai and her husband have worked hard to raise funds for local charities such as Prevent Blindness OH, the Columbus Coalition Against Family Violence, and the Columbus Chapter of the Association for Indias Development at OSU. They are proud of their two sons, Neil and Nathan, and Dr. Desai is excited to welcome Nathan to the practice in the summer of 2015.
Nathan Desai, DMD, is originally from the suburbs of Columbus. He earned his bachelors degree at Miami University of Ohio and his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry in Philadelphia.
Dr. Desai enjoyed his time in Philadelphia, but his heart has always belonged in Columbus. In 2015, he furthered his training by completing a general practice residency at The Ohio State University during which time he advanced many skills including dental care of medically compromised patients and IV sedation dentistry.
Dr. Desai is committed to dental excellence and has spent countless hours in continuing education. He has taken a special interest in implant dentistry and orthodontics. He is also well educated in many aspects of dentistry including wisdom teeth extractions, root canal treatment, cosmetic dentistry, and sleep dentistry.
Since 2016, Dr. Desai has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education in implant dentistry. Notably, he has completed implant training programs at the Engel Implant Institute, Dr. Gargs Implant Seminars, and Dr. Simons Surgical Master. Dr. Desai has successfully treated many patients with dental implants from single tooth replacement to full mouth rehabilitations.
In 2020, Dr. Desai completed a two-year comprehensive orthodontic program and became a Progressive Orthodontics Graduate. He has created many beautiful smiles with clear aligners and traditional braces.

Demi is a 2015 graduate of the South Western Career Academy where she strived for excellence in the dental program. She graduated with her state certification as a Dental Assistant as well as Radiology and CPR certification. Demi is a great asset to our practice with her huge loving heart and she treats all her patients as they are her own family.
Madison Little grew up in Powell, OH and from a young age shes always enjoyed interacting and helping people. This passion led her to a career in dental assisting and at Fishinger Dental. She loves being able to keep our patients comfortable and build beautiful new smiles. She has a very friendly personality and you will see her assisting both our doctors.
Maria loves performing new projects at every opportunity and is proud to be a part of our family. Her personal dental mission is to continue to educate her patients and give them the best dental treatment available! This passion for excellence, led her to complete further training at Sinclair College in Dayton, OH and become an Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary in 2017. With this title, she can perform many other duties in the office such as placing dental composite/white fillings. She does an excellent job with all her additional duties. She loves her job and takes great pride in being a dental assistant. She feels blessed to work at such a progressive and great office
Matilde grew up in Powell, Ohio and pursued a career in Dental Hygiene at The Ohio State University. Outside of work, Matilde loves to spend time with friends and family, travel around the world and of course, cheer on the buckeyes. She loves what she does, and finds great pleasure in helping all her patients achieve a smile they are proud and confident to show off.
Kaelyn graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor Of Science in Dental Hygiene. She enjoys meeting new people and always looks forward to establishing and growing relationships with her patients! In her spare time she enjoys cheering on the Buckeyes, spending time with family and friends, and playing with her dog Bronco.
Luidmyla 'Luda' Ozeruga joined Fishinger Dental in 2021. She is from Ukraine and moved to the United States in February 2017. Luda graduated from the Dental Department of Medical University-Ukraine and had three years of dental experience prior to her move. In 2021, Luda furthered her education and earned her EFDA (Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary) license from Ohio State University. Luda is always ready to develop her personal and professional skills and is a great asset to our team! In her free time she enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.
