Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.
An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

Wow! What a great experience! I was able to get in next day. Chris, Kimberly and Dr. Vic are personable and work together so well. I was always asked if I was ok and explained what was going on. Same day crowns are a big plus. When is the last time you had the Dentist clean your teeth? Yeah, Dr. Vic cleans your teeth. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Fishawk Modern Dentistry.

I just moved to the area and I've been in need of a dentist for sometime now. Due to poor previous experiences at the dentists office as a kid I've been petrified of dentists. However I stumbled across this office on google and saw that it had good reviews so I thought I'd give it a try. It was my first dental visit in several years so I knew that I would have a fair share of work to be done to fix my mouth. I had my doubts at first but after my visit with Dr. Vik my whole perception of dentistry changed. After my visit I left feeling so happy and excited to finally meet a dentist that I trusted and felt comfortable with. I wish I would have met Dr. Vik sooner but if anyone in the area is looking for a dentist ask for Dr. Vik at Fishhawk Modern Dentistry. 5 OUT OF 5 STARS!!!

Dr Vik is phenomenal! I had my crown get loose and fall off right before I was heading out of town. When I tell you that, I walked in with tears. Dr Vik, Sean, and staff had gave me so much comfort and reassurance (for so many reasons) I was having a surgery that next morning, and needed to be on the road. The timing wasn't on my side. But they made this work for me. Considering my dental issues. My experience was everything you want in a dentistry office. profressional, personable, & experienced! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Will be following up with you very soon.

First time going to the dentist in a while and everyone was so kind and accommodating! Sean is the nicest and most helpful person, and Dr. Vik cares so much about the patient as an individual. He was informative and respectful with a good sense of humor! I had a consultation, X-rays, cleaning, and a cavity filled. They made sure I was well taken care of the whole time. I look forward to going back!

I have been to many dentists in my time and I have NEVER had a dental staff like I had today at Fishhawk Modern Dentistry. The staff was extremely friendly and detailed with every step of the visit. Dr. Pavlidakey was more involved in my visit than I have ever seen in a dentist. Thank you for everything and see you in six months!

Dr. Vik was great. He is a comfortable mix of professional and personable. He even took the time to explain things to me in terms that I could understand. I had no idea that a dentist experience could be so amazing!! Dr. Vik is soooo nice, personable and explains everything. He took his time explaining everything and being extremely thorough. His assistant and front staff are so nice and easy to talk to. They have evening hours for people who can't take off. They set me up with goody bag and whitening trays. I was at great expressions before and I am so glad I made the switch. I will use Dr. Vik at Fishhawk Modern Dentistry for life!

I am a new patient at this dentistry and I was very impressed with their service today. I went in for a cleaning and check up. Dr. Ghazavi and the assistant did a very thorough cleaning, I learned a lot about my teeth and gum health. I was recommended great and affordable products by the doctor to pick up from publix.The whole team was awesome. Andrea was very kind and answered all my questions. I left with an even brighter smile then when I walked in. Highly recommend!

It was such a wonderful experience coming to Fishhawk Modern Dentistry. From the moment I walked in the door, Sean greeted me with a smile, and he had all of my information ready on the tablet. Penashe was wonderful at taking all of my X-rays, and assisting the doctor. Jillian did a fantastic job on my cleaning. I'm usually very nervous, however, she made me feel very comfortable and worry free. Dr. Ghazavi is absolutely incredible! He actually listens to his patients, and he has amazing chairside manner. Overall, my experience has been wonderful. The office was extremely clean & friendly. Such a perfect location and what an incredible staff..I am so happy I chose Fishhawk Modern Dentistry as my new dentist. I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment!
