Have gone here since 1985. Matt and Michelle are wonderful. Their dental practice has always put patients and employees first. Family's are everything. When I 1st came here I was terrified of dentists because of bad experiences in the past. I learned very quickly this is how it should be. I now look forward to my dental visits. Dr. Matt and office has been the key to that. Staci, my hygienist is so gentle and knowledgeable. Thank you! I won't go anywhere else! Pamela Isom. :)

Their dentists and hygienists are awesome but their accounting department overcharged me by $100's every appointment I had with them and snuck it back into my account as "credits" instead of contacting me or issuing me a refund. Went and had all the same work done at another dentist and paid $0 out of pocket with the same insurance company.

Dr. Sonia and her team are amazing. My first visit was for an emergency crown replacement and they were extremely accommodating. I have been back for a comprehensive exam as well as fillings. Coming from a clinical background, their facility, staff and experience has been top notch. I trust their evaluations and treatment plans whole heartedly. I know my comfort and care is their priority.

I've been going here for years and have always received very good dental care by kind hygienists and dentist. Today I went in for a biannual check up and had Tara as my hygienist. She was awesome!! She brought potential dental health issues to my attention that I didn't even know I had. On top of that she was super kind and attentive. I'll always recommend this place.

I met with Dr. Fisher for a consultation after a cleaning, and all went fantastic, except that I had a question about my teeth as I had a couple that were shifting, where I could tell that they were actually mobile, and would shift in their "sockets" when I bite down on something. I discussed this with Dr. Fisher, and he completely dismissed my concern by saying it was a "figment of my imagination" that my teeth were shifting. I was dumbfounded, disgusted, and offended that a dentist would say this to me. I then met with Dr. Jones and he discussed this with me, recognizing that I had a valid concern, and he explained that this was normal to a certain extent, but that excessive movement is a problem, and that it could possibly be fixed by getting braces which would enable the teeth surrounding the mobile teeth to support them and reduce or eliminate the movement. I will continue going to this practice as the dental hygienists and Dr. Jones are fantastic and a joy to be treated by, but I don't plan to ever meet with Dr. Fisher again. I give this rating 5 stars for Dr. Jones and the hygienists, but Dr. Fisher would get 1 star.

I had my first appointment this past Saturday and I was extremely impressed! They did thorough X-rays and photos of my teeth, and the hygienist and dentist both made sure to explain everything in great detail to make sure I knew exactly what was going on with my teeth. Neither of them made me feel like they were in a rush to get to the next patient, and took time to answer questions that I had. I was also very glad they were open on Saturdays, as I work Monday-Friday and this is the best option for me. Thank you to everyone at Fisher Jones for making me feel comfortable on my first visit!

My husband & I have been going to the Fisher group for over 20 years now. Never liked going to the dentist, would never go back to the same one till I went to the Fisher group. They are very friendly and VERY caring about your needs. We normally see Dr Matt but I have seen Dr Jim a few times and he is really a nice guy and so was his assistant. So whoever you get your in great hands.

Being 48 years old I've met my share of "old school " dentist. You know the ones....a shot or two of novocaine and away we go. "Still not numb? Well nothing we can do about that ". Not the case with Dr Garrett. After getting numbed up for my root canal he started drilling. When he hit a sensitive spot I jumped a little. He stopped immediately and broke out the novocaine again. He made a root canal as painless as anybody could.

You can get in for an initial screening, but there will be no teeth cleaning appointments available for months.

They were great in office. But good luck setting up any kind of appointment or follow up. They do not work with you. If you can get in, they are alright care wise. But anything else, it's entirely unpleasant.
