The experience was first class. I was especially impressed with the quality of both the dental technician and the dentist. I am 71-years old now and have had eight different dentists in my lifetime; both poor and excellent; the poor ones I quickly shed. Twin Oaks Dentistry tops them all. Not only are they extremely polite, but also very organized. And the suite of services goes beyond the typical cleanings and fillings. I have never felt any pressure to engage in any of those services; the services are only presented so that you are aware of them. You immediately feel very comfortable with the amount of knowledge and skill exhibited by its entire staff. I'm very discerning so you can take this review to the bank.

My 13 year old needed an extraction for his orthodontic work. My son was nervous but he said the experience was pain free! Dr V set his at ease and was quick. Yay!

Care overall was amazing! I honestly haven't had a dentist in awhile, the team was super helpful and thorough in explaining everything and answering any questions. We made a future plan for my teeth and talked through the process to achieve my goal step-by-step. Update: This was my experience 9 months ago when I had my filings replaced. Since then the last 9 months have been horrible and extremely painful. The dentist is still very nice and kind and has attempted many times to correct this pain from the filings, all of which unfortunately never worked. The dentist has recently offered a new course of action for the pain and because this has been such a traumatizing experience I decided to get a second opinion. I reached out to one of the office admin, Barb, to get the needed copy of my dental records for the second opinion and was informed that I am not allowed a copy of my dental records because of a past due $350 balance that I have not been able to pay because of the multiple times that I have had to call off of work BECAUSE OF THE PAIN that the procedure has caused. I was originally so happy to finally have a dentist and now I have nothing but regret.

First time at this office and loved my experience! Super clean office with a great staff! My hygienist Malena was super nice and took her time with my cleaning! Very happy with the results and with my switch to this new office.
