The doctor and staff (Pensacola location) are very professional and go above and beyond. I love the treatment that both of our boy's get each and every time they have an appointment and so far the results are amazing with no complaints!

I loved my first appointment with Fishbein Orthodontics. I went in for a consultation and left that same day with braces. One month later, I am already seeing results with my smile. I am looking forward to the rest of my time at appointments and seeing how my smile will change over the next few years. Thank you so much for the friendly staff at the Pensacola office. Everyone was so nice! My mom and I are very grateful to have Fishbein as our Orthodontist!

Fishbein Orthodontics (Pensacola, near Cordova Mall) exceeded expectations. The office is super clean, looks new, all staff members are amazing, Dr. Fishbein is efficient, and I love that I can make appointments online if need be (my son's bite ramps fell out&I made an appointment online&they were able to see him the very next day). I was nervous for the initial appointment but my nervousness quickly dissipated due to the staff being so pleasant&helpful. After a quick exam I was given a sheet with a breakdown of the cost for my son's braces and even offered a reasonable payment plan for what insurance didn't cover. I've gone to several appointments at this location so I've spent hours at this office and so far and every member of the staff I've seen and/or interacted with has been professional, not only while they help patient's, they maintain this professionalism in between patients, I've never seen this falter in any member of the staff --I've not seen one staff member with a cell phone out or earbuds in, and once you go in the back there are many technicians working in the area. There are lots of seating in the front and back of the office for me to sit while I wait for my son, who is the patient, so i've done a lot of observing while i wait and I promise, whatever system they have, well, it's super efficient. I also enjoy the pleasant music that is played when we go to the back of the office, the whole atmosphere of the office is pleasant.

Billing has failed to file the insurance claim for my daughter and I have been getting the run around for over a year now. I even put them on 3 way with Delta Dental Reps 2 weeks ago. I called Delta Dental today to inquire about the claim and I was told that Fishbein Ortho hasn't filed no claims. I called Fishbein and requested to talk to the billing supervisor again but she's not there again today, would you like to leave a message. ( I've left multiple messages). NOT TAKING MY OTHER 2 DAUGHTERS THERE!

SWITCH! every single time, from the moment I first called to get braces someone was rude to me. I got braces and was charged an extra $1000 for a clear wire... inconvenient wait times, not easy to schedule. got tired of the way i was being treated so i called SIMS ortho. they got me in right away; changed my brackets out that actually shattered when they took them off and my bill is $4000 cheaper now. fishbein should be ashamed of themselves. now i see why everybody is unhappy here.

I have had only two visits to date. The first was to have braces put on & then an issue with braces a few days later. The entire staff is so pleasant. I was so comfortable & I am absolutely positive I chose the right orthodontics office. Looking forward to the rest of what I call my Smile Journey with this office!!!

I have been contemplating getting braces for years. I finally made a choice and scheduled a consultation with Fishbein. The process was quick and easy; monthly payments are affordable. I was able to get my braces the same day. Their staff is fantastic. On most of my visits, I have to bring my four-year-old, and they understand. I could not have made a better choice. I refer everyone who wishes to get braces to Fishbein.

They are amazing group of individuals....... From the front desk staff, to the girl that calls you to take photos and prep for the braces, and to the lady that gave us details of our brave journey and what payment options are out there, last but not least the sweet girl whom dealt with my daughter asking 20 questions and every 5 minutes of will this hurt??? .... They are super. We look forward to our many visits. It also is a plus that the place is clean!!!

This review is for a specific interaction with FO. It should be noted my overall experience has been good. Was able to get a same day appt for late-morning (grateful for that given why the appt was required), and raced over from work. Ran a couple minutes behind, but had called to let them know. Gal on the phone said so long as I was in their 10-minute window I'd be good to go. Proceeded to wait ~30min in a very crowded lobby before having to take off and make it back to work on time. Rcvd a text ~18min later saying they were ready. Pretty frustrated about needlessly running around town in business casual when it feels like 110 outside and gas is $4.70/gal. As a general observation, I will never understand how places operate under an appointment-based system and still manage to make customers wait ridiculous amounts of time. Blows my mind every time.

This was our first experience with braces, I was very impressed with professional staff,! The music is a great touch in my opinion, I even felt relaxed and caught myself singing silently and bouncing my head! I was concerned with pricing, but you don't have to worry here. They found just the right plan for me to he able to comfortably afford, a big new smile! Would recommend 100 times over. Thank you Fishbein Orthodontics

Everyone is always so amazing!!! They always keep you well informed and I loved the fact that on the first visit the Doctor was nice enough to bring me over to the chair to explain everything visually that was going on in my son's mouth. I can't wait to see the end results and I am sure my son will be so much happier once his teeth are straightened.
