While I do appreciate them getting my daughter in for a new retainer I was not completely satisfied with our experience. We had just moved to the area and my daughter lost her retainer in the move. I called and got her an appointment right away, gave them our insurance info and what we were needing. It was not until we show up for the appointment, have X-rays taken and are waiting for them to take the impression for the retainer do they let us know that they don't bill insurance and the cost is over $400! That should be the kind of information they tell someone on the phone. That cost was covered by insurance at our last orthodontist.

So far we've had a great experience, good communication, fair pricing with lots of options for payments. Staff has been friendly and reassuring to my two kids. The only reason I haven't rated higher is that we are early in the process.

I wouldn't take my son anywhere else. He and I both love this place! :) Very friendly staff and doctors. The environment is very lively and inviting. I would 100% recommend fishbein!

I was from out of town visiting for about half a year when my new bonded retainer came off! I came in to Fishbein and had them rebond it but the retainer was so bent it came off. So they kindly made me feel at home like one of their own patients and set me up with a new bonded retainer and they made me new sets of clear retainers at no extra charges! They took such good care of me. This office is amazing and they have super sweet technology and are super efficient! I have lots of dental and orthodontics experience as both a patient and as an occupation and this office is excellent! 12/10 would recommend

They don't wear masks, which as an immunocompromised person who comes to get my teeth worked on is extremely concerning.

This place is amazing! Went in for a consultation and it was so incredibly affordable I was sporting my new braces within an hour. I'm 6 months in and my teeth are almost perfect. Fishbein is incredibly efficient when it comes to time which is amazing. I am in and out and everyone is bizarrely positive and joyful. Love fishbein !

I was apprehensive due to the Invisalign name. I wanted personalized consult on my teeth. I had braces when I was younger and now at 64 I saw changes. The last thing I wanted was gnarly teeth like a witch. After consult and a full 3D image of my teeth as they become straightened was an eye opener! They were definitely getting crooked. I am so pleased with the professionalism, courtesy and knowledge of the staff, ALL.

From making appointments, to the punctual visits at the exceptionally clean office with the nicest staff, we are so pleased with our experiences thus far with Fishbein Orthodontics! We're so glad we went with the recommendation of so many! & are excited to see the finished smiles in the end!!

Great office! I am here on Vacation and had a wire that needed to be fixed on my braces, the office staff got me an appointment and had me out the door in no time. Thank you so much for your kind help! Great facility and such friendly service!

We have been to the Pensacola location to begin with and have had a great experience. The staff are informative and are always willing to answer questions. As far as cost, they work wity you about payments and everything is broken down for you. We were not pushed to purchase things we did not wish to. Due to the bridge being out, we had to change to the Navarre location. Same thing, the staff were awesome and they were always flexible with out hectic schedule. When I decided to add on whitening treatments because I forgot to originally, they were understand and very understanding. They never made me feel like the things I were asking was an inconvience. My sons braces were removed at the FWB location. The staff there were very helpful. They explained everything and what to do post braces. I would recommend fishbein to anyone who asked me where to get braces for themselves or their child.

Always a pleasant experience for both parents & patients @ FB. We have two kids who are currently treated at FB & we couldn't be happier! Their attention to detail in all things orthodontia goes above & beyond our expectations. Superb customer service, on-point pricing, military discounts & excellent care are merely the surface. This office is a well-oiled machine! Thanks, Fishbein staff!

unprofessional. and very messy with appointments, i had called a few months back to reschedule because i had an exam, i asked if i only needed to pick up invisalign trays or if i needed to do more than that because i did have enough time to just pick up the trays that i was supposed to get a few months prior that they had forgotten to give me, they only gave me the first 2 boxes. they said they had to put more stuff on my teeth to fit into them, which confused me. on my reschedule, all it was was an in and out 3 minute appointment to pick up those trays that i waited an extra 3 weeks for, which pushed me back even farther to the date i was supposed to be done with them by.
