staff was friendly and very helpful. The orthodontist was very experienced and explained what was going to happen and very important to us. I had been on a waiting list for over a year for braces. When Dr Small gave me their number I was setup an appointment in one week. I recommend this office if your child needs braces.

I gave 4 star because the staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. The Niceville location has good vibe. Theres no long wait foe us with appointment. For the last star, I am not happy when it comes to getting an appointment for fixing broken or lose mouth piece. There is a long wait due to location is booked two to three weeks out. If only facility can put aside certain dates and time to focus on this matter, then it will be a perfect 5 star.
