Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Fishbein made sure I was comfortable and worked masterfully and efficiently during my extraction. Thank you all for a great experience!

I can't speak very loud because my mouth is in excruciating pain, the doctor specifically told me if I was still in this much pain today he would see me, I can't afford to wait another day in this much pain especially when I have to work tomorrow.

It was recommended that I see an oral surgeon because evidently my implants are failing due to age. My phone conversation with the receptionist was horrible. She was dismissive and combative. Even though I have insurance and a referral, after I described the implant problem, her response was a "too bad, so sad." After a short conversation, her prognosis was that I was pretty much screwed, and I would have to live with it. There was zero compassion and I absolutely felt depressed. I cannot rate the doctor because I did not see or talk to him, but if you are in any sort of distress, I would heartily recommend not dialing that number.

I needed 4 premolars extracted to make room for my teeth to straighten out with braces. I wanted to be put to sleep so I chose this oral surgeon. They knew I had anxiety about needles so when my veins got tricky and they had trouble with the IV I couldn't hold it together and started crying. But that's when the lovely assistant Christine started stroking my hair and speaking kind words to me. They were so sweet to me when I was having a panic attack and when I was shaking like a leaf they still managed to get an IV in. I barely remember a thing after that! Recovery is going well. Bless them.

I've been putting off getting my wisdom teeth out for years. My dentist referred me to Dr Fishbein knowing I'm a nervous wreck when it comes to dental work. Dr Fishbein and his assistants were amazing. Hopefully I won't need any more oral surgery but if I do I'll def be back here.

I had to get two wisdom teeth removed & one tooth extracted. I was an absolute nervous wreck, terrified & crying sitting in the waiting room prior to the procedure. Dr. Fishbein and his staff were fantastic. The tech that helped him with the procedure was so sweet and so comforting and the procedure went so well. I did not feel a THING. I could not recommend this office more. They are GREAT !!!!!

Dr. Fishbein is a very skilled Oral Surgeon. I would not hesitate to refer others to him. He's caring and friendly. Once he knew my situation was urgent, he had his terrific staff make an appointment right away. I was in his office almost immediately. No pain during the surgery, and very little after he finished. Gary is extremely professional. Thank you! William Reaves

Going to get a tooth extraction is enough to make anyone nervous. Dr. Fishbein and his staff did a wonderful job on extracting 2 teeth. It was so quick and painless I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. I would absolutely recommend him if you need any dental work!

Good doctor & good experience in the exam room. I had an appointment today, 5/21/20 at 12:15p for an extraction. The receptionist was rude, aggressive, haughty, annoyed and unpleasant. Front office staff is the face of the practice. It's really unfortunate. I won't be back.

I want to give Dr.Fishbein 5 stars because he was amazing and my sons experience with him was great but his RECEPTIONIST IS THE WORST. I thought when i called to make the appointment she was having a bad day but no she's absolutely horrible in person as well! Her attitude is atrocious, she's not helpful what so ever, and she was very rude. If my son wasn't in excruciating pain I honestly would have waited and went to another practice. I truly hope you consider finding someone else for the front desk because i see this isn't the first time someone has complained.
