We just switched insurance companies, so I was attempting to find a new dentist for my kids and myself. I accidentally came into this office instead of the one directly next door, and I can tell you that even if Dr. Fish is the best dentist in the state of Missouri, nothing could convince me to step foot in that office again. The main receptionist was about one rude remark away from being Dr. Fish's next appointment and she was aware of that as I was escorting my kids to the correct office. Even after she realized that her attitude was uncalled for and that not only myself, but my kids were upset, she still continued her high and mighty BS. I feel bad for the dentist who is losing potential patients because most people don't like being treated like dirt when they walk in the door. Edited to add: after reading many reviews on many other sites including my insurance companies site, I'm not the only one who feels the staff is rude. I also find it funny that after every bad review about the staff, someone comes along to praise them which is hilarious. If you feel the need to defend a place that badly, obviously the reputation is somewhat true. Also coming from someone who has worked in settings like this, even if patients are rude, you still smile and move on. It's part of working the medical field.

We LOVE Dr. Fish's office!!!! You will not find a better dentist anywhere. He has such a great staff as well! Especially his front desk staff, she has to put up with so much from those Comtrea patients who come in and are SO RUDE to her insisting they are supposed to be there for a dental appointment and they are in the wrong place. She has way more patience than I would. When I was sitting there waiting for my son, there was 3 that came in....ALL were rude to her and she is THE SWEETEST!!!!!

Great experience with the staff and Dr Fish! He was very informative and suggested ways to improve my oral health that seemed doable- small changes to make the most impact. Will continue my visits here and would recommend.

I had to find a new dentist after mine retired. I figured I would try Dr Fish just because it was close by. Best decision ever! I love that it's a small office so you feel like you are the priority when there. I cannot say enough good things about them. I ended up having major dental work, by choice, and I was so completely impressed. Very nice, very thorough, and I would highly recommend.

Took in my adult son for an appointment this morning. He is autistic, and has an extreme fear of going to the dentist. Dr. Fish and his staff were great! They worked with my son, and explained everything they were doing, and helped him relax and have a good visit. The receptionist was very nice, and they explained payment and insurance options for the various procedures, very thoroughly. Highly Recommended!!!

I would NOT recommend this office to anyone for two reasons. First, the office hours are very inflexible making it difficult in getting appointments. Second, the main receptionist is very rude and has no concern about patient retention. I could not believe it when she refused to transfer my dental record to my new physician.
