Dr. Fred F. Fischer practiced dentistry for almost 40 years. Hes honored that two of his children followed in his footsteps. Together they made Fischer Family Dentistry into a trusted dental institution. His approach to dentistry focused on quality care, and patient comfort.
Fischer Family Dentistry is a product of Dr. Fischers legacy. He was inspired to practice dentistry in order to serve his community. His commitment to quality care inspired a new generation of dentists. Dr. Fischer was always been ahead of the curve. He continued to learn new methods and techniques. And hes thrilled that he was able to pass his knowledge on to his children. He created a family dentistry practice in every sense. He has earned a Lifetime Achievement recognition from the Michigan Dental Association and American Dental Association.
Dr. Fischer earned a bachelors degree from Wayne State University. He went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery from University of Detroit Mercy and continued to pursue postgraduate studies. Through that he gained a wealth of advanced dental knowledge. In addition, he instructed postgraduate classes. His teachings focused on dental care for families. He regularly taught classes on facial pain management, and cosmetic veneers. Hes also instructed on the air abrasion method for drill-less cavity filling.
Dr. Daniel Fischer is proud to continue the Fischer family legacy. Growing up, he saw the wonderful community that his father, Fred F. Fischer, D.D.S., was a part of. He grew an interest in the field of dentistry, and chose that as his major in college.
Dr. Fischer graduated with a bachelors degree from Michigan State University. He then went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery from The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. From that education, he found areas of interest to focus on. He pursued postgraduate training in implant dentistry, endodontics, and cosmetic dentistry. He focused specifically on dental implants. Since then, hes become one of Michigans leading dentists in that area.
Dr. Fischer was also voted Top Dentist by Hour Detroit Magazine. He has also been awarded Americas Top Dentist and Americas best dentist year after year. This should come as no surprise to any of his patients. Dr. Fischer brings not just experience, but experience and trustworthiness to the practice. His warmth and friendliness make Fischer Family Dentistry a home for his patients. His grasp of technology has helped the practice stay on the cutting edge. He has helped the office move into the digital age with Digital X-rays and Digital impression scanning. His focus on family and community helps make our office truly special.
Dr. Fischer is an avid sports fan. Hes a huge supporter of the Detroit Red Wings and Michigan State Spartan teams. His hobbies include exercising, doing puzzles and enjoying classic rock music. When hes not working, hes happy to spend his time with his wife, Paula.

Had an emergency appointment and I was recommended by Rochelle to go here. Best decision ever They got me in the same day I was treated very professionally The entire office staff were amazing I'm transferring to Fischer Dental for all my dental needs Highly recommend them.

Dr. Daniel Fischer is the best Dentist I have ever had! He was able to diagnose and treat me the same day. He has Great Bedside Manner and explained everything to me. No pain either when he did my fillings. I also had my first cleaning with Natalie Troub the Dental Hygienist and my teeth are noticeable whiter, cleaner and feel better just after one cleaning. She also was very nice, gentle with the instruments and informative throughout my visit. I even travel over 30 min to be treated by him and his staff. I highly recommend Dr. Daniel Fischer, Natalie Troub, and his entire staff at Fischer Family Dentistry for all your dental needs. I will be a patient for life. I look forward to my next appointment and a cleaner, healthier smile. :)

Make sure they check your insurance for services rendered. They like to do work that isn't covered and then bill you later. What a joke!!

My husband has been a grateful happy patient for over 30+ years! I am pleased in retirement to have returned to this fantastic dental practice myself. The office isn't in our neighborhood however make the trip as we appreciate and value the dentists and hygenists and etc as well as helpful administrative staff at Fischer Family Dentistry!

It's been 40+ years that we have been going to the Fischer Family Dentistry. That says it all right there! We love all the doctors and staff and have always been treated with kindness and respect, having received excellent dental care all these years. A trip to the dentist can cause anxiety but this staff is very accommodating and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and at ease.
