They will not even attempt cavity repair without putting children under. Beware. Seems like money is what they are after- not what is in the best interest of the child.

I've taken our children here since they first opened. At first we loved it. The TV's helped distract them while they got their teeth cleaned. But after a while they kept putting us in a room without a TV. I asked them if we could request the room with a TV and they would be so rude and annoyed at me. The receptionists are very rude and impatient.

So great with kids I had my 5year old daughter get two root canals with no problems and they were so patient with my autistic son when it came to cleaning his teeth, they let him stay in my lap, with his teddy, and close all the doors.

I love taking my oldest son here. He had a bad experience with a different dentist when he was younger so it really stuck with him. Whenever I bring him here he gets scared but they always make him feel comfortable and ask him questions and reassure him they aren't going to hurt him etc. I love how they handle his situation.

The service here is great! Everyone here is super nice, and the wait is not that long. They are quick to answer any questions I may have. Their always so kind. I bring all of my children here. Customer service is very important to me, if it wasn't good, I would not be coming back over and over again like I do. Great job guys!

Today would be my last time taking my child here for dental care. I went in for a dental procedure only for the dentist to say he doesn't have the time. I think he should have given a different excuse, for no reason should you tell a patient you don't have the time, why then are you in business? I had to make time for my appointment, and it's not like you're doing me a favor or is the dental appointment free. I'm switching to Merced pediatric dentistry instead.

Not sure what their patient intake method is but don't show up 5-10 minutes late because if you do, they basically make you wait and even prioritize patients who arrive 30 minutes before their appointment time before they take you back. On top of that, some of their staff is rude.

Girls in the front are always a delight to speak with and bring a smile to the conversation. Office staff works with patients to accommodate their schedule as best possible. Office is set up as kid friendly and they play a movie while treatment is happening to distract the child and help with anxiety. As a parent I'm appreciative of how they treat my children as well. Will definitely recommend to others.

Will definitely changed to different dentist my daughter had her 3rd dentist appointment and they made me fill out all the paperwork again said it wasn't in there system

I've been taking my kids to this place for about 4 years, Staff is super kind and caring and the doctors are good at making the kids feel comfortable. It's always super fast too.

This office has very poor service. I highly suggest you take your children to a dentist with competent people.
