Dentist and staff are very weak minded individuals. Im filing a complaint with the Board of Medical Licensure and Discipline.

I was in pain with a fractured tooth and extremely grateful that I was able to get an emergency appointment the same day with Dr Ditty to have it extracted. He was very professional and courteous as was his dental assistant Autumn. Thank You Michael Kelly

I was worried that the tooth that was cracked wouldn't be able to pull. Dr Ditty was pleasant, kind, relaxing. He said it would be able to pull. It took less than 5 minutes to pull and no pain. This was the greatest experience I have had with a doctor. I highly suggest this office and oral surgeon!

Dr Pancko short and unpleasant. Not sensitive at all to my fears and concerns. I needed confirmation that my procedure was necessary, he didn't care. I will not be using them again

Had all four wisdom teeth removed yesterday. I'm sort of a hypochondriac and that I was afraid to go under, so I explained that to the nurse and she offered me gas and Novocain. If this were the wild west, Dr. Panko and his assistant would be Doc Holiday and Wyatt Earp! They were so fast and smooth, I was surprised when Dr. Panko said we were finished! Thanks for making me feel comfortable through out that procedure!

We waited for about 45 minutes before starting. The procedure on removing our three year olds tooth was very quick. I was a little surprised when I was asked to leave the room when they removed the tooth. I don't like to leave my children alone with strangers. But our son seems to be recovering nicely a few hours later.

Dr. Riegel is amazing. I have tremendous fear of all dental work. She put me at ease and gave me 3 shots of novacaine to extract a tooth. Barely felt the shots and then got the tooth out in a few seconds. On top of it, she is personable and professional. Let's get more female surgeons in this state...she is the only one! Highly recommend.

The front desk staff is vary rude. Vary unprofessional. Over charged me for being put to sleep and when I called to inquire why was told by the front desk it's not her problem and I have an attitude VARY UNPROFESSIONAL

Front desk is rude. I called asking for my appointment to be moved up because I have an infected wisdom tooth with a painful abscess, they basically told me they couldn't do anything for me for a month. Not only will I not be going here, I'm going to switch dentists after this awful referral.

Great personnel. Took a family friend who needed work done and they were patient and kind and caring with her concerns. She didn't want the procedure done at all and they explained the tooth was infected and it needed to come out. All the while assuring her she was doing a great job during the procedure. Would highly recommend to anyone needing work done.

Wouldn't give them even one star. Surgery went fine by Ditty, but communication was completely incorrect during consultation which I had with Ditty as well. Told me I could sit with my child until he fell asleep so he wasn't scared. Agreed on gas instead of IV. Got there day of appointment and couldn't stay with child and they tried to force me to get the IV in his arm. He is 9. Older white man raised his voice and was incredibly rude to me about it right in front of my son. Wish I got his name. Absolutely horrible communication! Would have left on spot if it was not something my son 100% needed immediately. Will not go back for anything.

Scheduled an appointment 2 months in advance to have my wisdom teeth removed and when I get there they're closed. Apparently they scheduled me in the old system and was never transferred to the new system. I was never informed nor received a call. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Extremely disappointed.
