Dr. Ditty grew up in Northampton, Pennsylvania; attended nearby Muhlenberg College; and transitioned directly into dental school after 3 years. He attended the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine, where he completed dental school as well as residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery. During residency, Dr. Ditty also completed medical school at the University of Pennsylvania including 2 years of general surgery training, 8 months of intensive care and trauma surgery training, and 4 months as a second-year anesthesia resident.
He has been practicing in Delaware since 2005 with full staff privileges at Kent General Hospital and Milford Memorial Hospital. Dr. Ditty is also on the teaching staff at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Pancko grew up in Columbus, New Jersey and went to Rutgers University for his undergraduate studies, graduating with a bachelors in Biochemistry. He then attended Columbia Dental School. After dental school, he served as an officer in the Army Dental Corps where he participated in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency. During this time in the Army he was stationed in Germany, deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and served as the Officer In Charge of the Edgewood Dental Clinic in the Aberdeen Proving Ground Area. After his commitment to the military ended, he enrolled in the Oral and Maxillofacial residency at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx. He has been practicing in Delaware since 2009. He currently lives in Dover with his wife and four children.
Dr. Riegel grew up in Kankakee, Illinois and attended Lafayette College, graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Biology. She then attended the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine, where she completed both dental school as well as residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. During her residency, Dr. Riegel also completed medical school at the University of Pennsylvania, Perelman School of Medicine. Dr. Riegel has been practicing in Delaware since 2017 with full staff privileges at Kent General Hospital. In her spare time, Dr. Riegel enjoys spending time with her husband and young son Jack.
Dr. Alcorn grew up in Tempe, Arizona. He attended college at Bowdoin where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in both Biology and Archaeology. After graduation, he attended dental school at the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Alcorn then completed his residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Temple University Hospital. Dr. Alcorn has been practicing in Delaware since 2017 with full staff privileges at Kent General Hospital.In his spare time, Dr. Alcorn enjoys playing mens league hockey and spending time with his family.
