While at First Impressions Orthodontics in Fairfield, you can expect state-of-the-art treatment and care. While many dental offices offer some types of orthodontics treatment, our office consists of certified orthodontic specialists. This means that our orthodontists have completed the required training general dentists need, as well as several years of post-graduate training in orthodontics.

We Have Two Centralized Locations While many orthodontic practices have offices spread out over several cities, counties and even states, we have two centrally-located orthodontic offices in Fairfield and Norwalk, CT. This helps our patients gain easy access to the orthodontic treatment they need.
Sterilization We always adhere to the strict guidelines for bacterial control and sterilization set forth by the CDC and OSHA. We use disposable tools and materials whenever possible and what tools must be re-used are always thoroughly cleaned and sterilized between patients.
Retention The day your braces come off is when you start the retention phase of your treatment. Because we want you to enjoy your great new smile for a lifetime, the cost of a retention system is included with your orthodontic treatment.

We've seen 2 providers at the Monroe practice and love them both. Everyone from office staff to hygienists to providers are so kind and patient- we also ask lots of questions and honestly this is the first place is is extremely thorough without us having to probe further

My son has been going to kids first for over 8 yrs. old and started his 1st cleaning at 6 months since the best dentist- Dr. Knaus was there, once he left and it became Kids first everything changed negatively, but the worst visit was this 1 a couple of days ago. Unprofessional, rude, dental hygienist named Nicole at the Monroe office. This place needs to get back to its root from when Dr. Knaus was there, customer service, empathy, compassion, kindness and respect is a MUST, especially working with children and parents, if you want a thriving business, and the service my son and I received was nothing but a circus!

They seem to encourage parents into paying for things that the insurance can pay for . They dont bother to check the insurance to see if the procedure is covered before telling the parents they have to pay out of pocket . Its very discouraging to want to bring your child for a follow up or bring them for a procedure thinking you have to come out of pocket when the procedure is fully covered . Instead of checking they give you these petty remarks , then when you pressure them to really check and they actually do , its when they take a step back and say ok im sorry . Do better !

Aww man that lady at front desk was amazing she was so nice and knowledgeable! My daughters hygienist Laurie was spot on and so kind and informative I love the quiet private and calm feel this office here in Monroe. Kudos Kids First!
