I went in to check a problem tooth and Dr. Reeves was able to take care of me right then instead of having to come back. He cares about his patients and wants to help them in any way he can. Everyone there is very professional.

First Impression Dental continues to be a step above the rest. I've been a patient with Dr. Reeves for years, knowing that every visit I'm in good hands. He's very thorough, brings an energy to the office, and genuinely seems to care. The rest of the staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and engaging. They're so easy to interact with. I can't recommend this office enough!

Dr. Reeves is a stellar dentist! His dental work is perfection to the finest! Dr. Reeves is compassionate and caring about his patients. He has a wonderful "bedside manner" as he makes the patient feel at ease throughout each procedure. I'm extremely happy to have Dr. Reeves as my dentist. Everyone in his office and on his team have a positive and caring attitude. Dr. Reeves is wonderful in every way possible.

My appointment was for today the 20th at 12 pm. They called me yesterday the 19th , to reschedule for today the 20th at 8:45 am . I said let me check with my calendar , then Said Yes . When I got there today at 8:43 am, the receptionist said : we can't have you at 8:45 , I showed her the text and she said well , there was a miscommunication. I asked them how come they never informed me ? I wasted my time , I had to block all my work appointments for nothing. Very unprofessional and I am very disappointed ,I have been loyal to you for two years. But even my family members are not coming back to your office, no worries and will not recommend it to any of my followers.

Not professional. They called , rescheduled me . And I went there , they said we don't have anything for you. I have been their patient for 2 years. They didn't care. Wonderful customer focused and attentive to their needs. Carter (Dr.Reed) and staff try their very best not to make the environment intimidating but rather customer friendly. Sana is a great hygienist, very patient, thorough and is definitely a complementary addition. Needless to say it takes a team to deliver quality service and over the year, this has continued to improve.

The main dentist (and oral surgeon) here is just so ridiculously nice. The whole staff is super attentive to discomfort during procedures and explains things very well. I think the first time I went he had a kid before me, and he kind talked to me in a soft voice like I was a kid. It was a bit heart warming.

I had a consultation with Dr. Reeves for a snore alliance and the experience could not have been more pleasant. He always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable with everything and that I understand each detail. After explaining all my options, I was able to call and pay over the phone using my credit card. Whomever answered the phone was super polite and helpful. They assured me my sleep appliance would be created in a timely manner and I can't wait to try it. My wife will be thrilled to not hear me snoring every night. Thanks Dr. Reeves and everyone at First Impression!! MY dental choice for life!!

My experience at this office has been extremely positive. All of the employees at this office are very friendly and professional and have been very informative when I have asked questions in regards to the procedure and the costs. Dr. Reeves and David, a dental tech that has worked with Dr. Reeves extensively on my implant, have done a great job and have a lot of money invested into high end dental equipment to make each visit count. I initially first went to this office because I wanted to be regularly going to a closer more convenient location and this office was already very well reviewed. My only complaint is that scheduling sometimes can be difficult because they have been swamped but Julie (or Julia) and the previous front desk scheduling person (Skyler) have always done the best they can to squeeze me into an appointment whether or not it worked for them. Also on a side note be in for a treat if you need an implant because boy is it expensive no matter where you go.

Dr. Carroll cleaned my teeth today. When I expressed anxiety with the pain caused by using the electric tarter removing tool, she immediately switched to a manual tool. She checked in with me throughout the cleaning to make sure I was not experiencing pain, and she took her time to ensure that I had a pain-free, anxiety-free cleaning. It would be great to have Dr. Carroll as a regular member of the First Impressions team. Dr. Reeves, you are always awesome, too! Front desk staff is also always friendly, helpful and attentive. Wonderful family-run office where my husband and I have been patients for over 5 years.

Do not recommend! Absolutely terrible customer service, the front desk lady is very rude. I called to reschedule a crown appointment because my son and I both have head colds and the lady gave me such attitude and stated that they lost "hours" of appointments because of my reschedule. They seem to be very unorganized as well. It took weeks to get an estimate for dental work, and that was with me calling multiple times. We will be finding a new family practice. Have also heard of similar experiences from neighbors.

Update: I will first say the dentist is very skilled, polite and knowledgeable and overall a great dentist. I had an issue with being overcharged that Doctor Liz looked into and rectified. I recommend seeking a pre-approval of benefits from your insurance prior to any major dental work in order to avoid any patient overpayment. Thank you for providing quality dental work and for correcting my account issue.
