The staffs at First Family Dental, starting from the receptionists to the dentists are all very professional! They got me in quicker than I anticipated, and before I knew it, I was done! The dentist was very knowledgeable, and very detailed with the dental services he provided. I would definitely recommend First Family Dental to friends and relatives. If you want a new, beautiful smile, First Family Dental would be the place to go! I was even given a whitening formula that kept my teeth as white as snow for months!

Dr. Ikem is awesome and so is the rest of his staff. I am terrified of dental procedures but they were very patient and understanding throughout the entire process.

It was nice our first visit in 3/16/2022 I took my son Zachary Smithey and the reception is very friendly very welcoming professional, dental assistant was very attentive and professional I appreciate her explanations and the doctor was also very nice and very professional and very informative as well I will definitely recommend first family dental to anybody and we will be returning returning thank you

I love how they always make my little one feel special. Friendly and Professional I just want to say they are the best, we went for an emergency and they helped me figure out my new insurance from work and my kid was crying and the doctor was the best w her, he even dried her tears. You cannot match the empathy towards patients in this place. We love you.

My experience was terrible and a waste of money that I didn't have to pay had the person responsible done their job. Make sure they check your ins and eligibility before your appointment. If I could give zero stars I would.

I was able to get two of my boys in and out for a filling. The staff and doctor are extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I've been going here for years and would highly recommend to anyone.

I cannot say enough good things about this doctor. I have a condition that gives me terrible anxiety and panic attacks and he was very understanding and caring about it. The dentist and his staff's bedside manners are nothing less than outstanding and caring. He gave me every chance to relax and take my medication before finishing the job with little or no pain. His office staff is very respectful of the social distancing protocols and they do everything to keep patients safe. They are nothing short of professionals in the industry. A+++++ thank you!

First Family Dental is a good choice for my kids. I have 4 kids from ages 5 to 16 and my kids are so comfortable here. The dentist and staff are so nice. When it comes to your kids, you want the best for them. I like it here.

I will not recommend this dentist to anyone. I needed a filling in my front tooth so I was left with unpolished and uneven texture on my tooth. So after a few months it started showing visible dark discoloration. I went in to get it polished and they never polished it. I told them how much it bothers me because it's my front tooth and everyone can see it when I smile. I gave them another shot and went in for my next cleaning, walked out with yellow teeth and my tooth was ugly still. I wish I had a picture. I was never satisfied with their cleaning and something it hurt me. And I always always always had to wait at least 30 min before they would start cleaning process. overall the staff was nice but being nice it's not enough. I did better job brushing my teeth at home. I switched my dentist and my tooth got fixed in one cleaning session and my filling was corrected as well. I go to Bliss Family Dentistry! I highly recommend them!

The Dentist I went with did a crown on my kid, she was bleeding for several days and the crown ended up falling off in 3 days. My little one was in pain every time she was eating or brushing her teeth. I had to consult with another dentist in order for them to tell me that it was all done improperly. First was the dr never did a molding to my child in order to get the right size of the tooth. Since the crown was too big, every time that she was biting meant that the crown was getting digged into her gums and making her bleed more. The nerve to that tooth also was killed. now at this point the other dentist i went with Advised me that since the tooth was filed too thin it would be very difficult to do another crown and might end up falling off again, the crown was too big and the other teeth weren't aligned. due to this dentist doing it wrong in the first place.

Anahi Villegas was awesome as the patient coordinator, the dentist and his staff were awesome! Highly recommend! The tvs in the exam rooms were nice too
