Filling fell out twice due to poor workmanship. I went into First Dental with high hopes based on the reviews, but found the quality of the work to be substandard. I had a filling done and it didn't last 1 day before it fell out. I went in for a repair and after having the old one drilled out and replaced, it was immediately sensitive/painful. After going in for an adjustment, the pain did not abate and about 1 week later it fell out again. I had to go to another dentist to get quality work done, and First Dental currently maintains that because services were rendered that I will still be billed and required to pay out of pocket expenses. Steer clear of this location.

Haven't been back to the dentist since Covid, Had some teeth issues.Doctor G was very helpful! I would recommend First Dental!

Great place but now Laura is gone again does anyone know where she has gone or any one have an old card with her last name on it. I think next month might be my last time there no Laura and all the other dr. Keep changing to much they will be missed.

Edit: I went back a second time and I'm now revising my previous 3 star review to a 5 star. I saw the assistant that was there before but she was better at communicating with me about xrays and didn't end up working on my teeth. They were able to fit me in last minute for an emergency filling, which I super appreciated. There was some billing mixup from my last visit that the front desk staff was super nice about and made sure to follow up after it was already resolved. I've recommended this place to a few friends and will be going back from now on. First time I've been to a dentist in a long time and I'm very ambivalent about this place. On the one hand, Dr. Ghobbeh did amazing work, was friendly and efficient. I had a cleaning and needed a filling and the doctor did a great job, no complaints only compliments. On the other hand, I had a pretty bad time with the technician/assistant. She spoke clear English but was terrible at communicating. I actually found myself trying to make her feel more comfortable, she seemed so inexperienced and awkward. The contrast between her and the doctor was stark. Definitely would go back for the doctor, might leave if the same technician is on.

This is my first dentist after moving to the US 2 years ago. I have had a great experience here, the nurses were attentive and knowledgeable. During my first visit, the nurse actually gave advice on how I could get the best deal on the price of services that I needed. It was very thoughtful of her, considering that I am on a student budget. The doctor himself was great as well. So far I had 1 cleaning done and 2 fillings. All was professionally executed.

Do not go to this dentist. I had a root canal on a premolar and when I had issues and wierd drainage for a month never would they show interest or concern. I called email never did the owner or the dentist who performed my root canal return my request for call or appointment. After going to another dental office for an X-ray I learned the careless dentist punctured my sinus lining. To top it off the further neglected to even call me back. What were they going to say to me if they called back? Sorry I punctured your sinus bc I was so sloppy. And during the root canal that was not my only issue, however the sinus puncture is serious and rare. Now I have snot running into my mouth throu my front teeth. headaches, neck aches and more. I don't want anyone to endure what I am bc it took over a month for me to find out what was causing my symptoms and that's bc they never would answer my questions look at my gums that were irritated or call. They are at fault for a serious mistake so they not interested in talking bc what can he say? Even if your desperate this office shows no concern so look for a better dentist. And if you need a root canal especially the upper teeth find a specialist not a general dentist!

Updated review: I initially had a bad experience with the the front desk attendant. She cancelled my appointment on me after I called to inquire about rescheduling. I decided not to reschedule due to the $50 change fee and specifically told her I'd be there. At 2pm when I showed up for my appointment after redoing my work schedule, I was told the appointment was cancelled and they didn't have the appointment available anymore. After a bit of hassle, they were able to accommodate me at 4pm on the same day. Unfortunately, this was after 20+ min of waiting outside in the cold on my feet (due to COVID restrictions). When I came back at 4pm, the same front desk person rolled her eyes at me when I inquired why my appointment was cancelled in the first place. The manager took me aside and apologized for what had happened. The dentist who did my cleaning was great as well. I do recommend him. I understand the actions of one receptionist do not represent that of the entire practice. All of that being said, I would recommend the dentist but I may be going to one of their other locations in the future.

Amazing experience! I was nervous going in (as most people are) and they made sure I was comfortable, explained every procedure in detail, and were very personable the whole way! Follow up appointments have also been a breeze! 10/10 would recommend!

Love them! Always pleasant and friendly receptionists and the dentists are the best around.
