Danna was our dental assistant for our emergency visit to get a chipped tooth fixed! She was extremely friendly and helped my 8 year old son calm his nerves for the procedure! The dentist also was a huge help informing me of watch outs going forward. Definitely recommend them for your dental needs!

The staff was very nice and made me feel super comfortable. The dental hygienist Faith was super nice and did an amazing job with my cleaning. The Doctor was so awesome, he explained everything perfect for me and recommended the best care for my oral health.

Dentist and work have both been great. The Policy they have for cancellations is ridiculous and more when they do not even tell you that the next cancelled appointment can result in not ever being able to be seen again if not cancelled within the 24hrs. One location says two missed appointments and the other says one? Do they even know their own policy?

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!! Yesterday I was running behind and tried calling literally 70+ times and it would be "busy" I get there and their phones were supposedly "not working" tell me they got fixed at 12:30. It was past 2 o'clock!! So they had me reschedule. Today I get here have the signed paper and they make up an excuse not to see her saying they need the paper notarized! Then they have the audacity to say they called to tell me that yesterday when they did not. They also want to charge me a cancellation fee when they are the ones canceling it! This place is such a joke!!!

Honestly I wouldn't trust these people with my dog let alone my teeth or my kids dental care! Very sad way the handle patients. Very unprofessional yelling at their patients and telling them that the patient called and canceled the appointment when it had not been canceled.

We had a horrible experience at this location. I am not sure what the chain of command is at this business but will never get a referral and highly recommend anybody to seek their dental needs elsewhere

Staff was extremely helpful and communicated well. Dr. Ryan was professional and very detailed in describing what I needed done right away and what I needed done long term. I would recommend First Dental to anyone.

For a 4 yr old .. drs appointments are traumatic for her, but they treated her so good. She was calm for the 1st time. Such a clean & friendly environment as well. my wait time was less than 15 minutes, registration process was fast & efficient, very easy.

This dental office is the best one in town! I brought my 4 year in for her first dental appointment and everyone was so nice! They all made sure her first appointment was a comfortable and she is excited to come back!

Very disappointed with this place. I have been there for awhile now and I always show up to my appointments. I also take my son there. I couldn't make ONE appointment so they dismissed me completely from going there ever again. Just for not being able to make it to ONE appointment! Turns out my son is also not to return ever again!! i was never aware of that. So upset with this place. I will let everyone know not to go there.

It was my first time coming here and had high hopes for this place. When I first arrived the front desk receptionist was nice. When I got called in and was put in the patient room the girls started taking x-rays of my teeth, in the middle of them doing this the two girls started arguing in front of me for about 10min and made me feel pretty uncomfortable. The doctor was super nice and said I did need to get one cavity filled. They told me to get one cavity filled having 2 dental insurance plans I would have to still pay $600 out of my pocket. I never ever have to pay for fillings. I ended up just going back with Dr. Rachow and gladly got it filled there at no cost.

They were a good dentist office. But once they removed my kid from there patience list because we found out before their "strict cancellation policy" that our kid was going to quarantined for close contact. So I would not recommend these people.

First off I want to Thank Danna & Becca who helped answer all my questions and concerns. They are very helpful and genuinely want to take care of everyone's needs. I will continue going there as this is the BEST dental experience I've ever had. Thank you!
