A note from Dr. Feng:First Dental Center was established by my parents Dr. Frank and Helen Feng the year that I was born. I spent most of my childhood and teenage years at the office taking care of it. You can say that the clinic and I are siblings.Throughout the years the clinic has grown alongside me, going through three major renovations in its evolution. I often joke that Ive held every position imaginable at a dental office from the janitor to the dental assistant, and now finally the Doctor. One of my fondest memories was when I was 7, I took it upon myself to sketch each patient and immortalize their dental experience in paper and crayons.
The clinic was the stage my parents used to teach me invaluable lessons in work ethic, excellence, customer service, and humility. It is no mistake that patients who come to our office continue to stay with us. It is through cultivating a culture of trust and authenticity that my family has developed life-long patients over the past 30 years. Even our patients who move out of state make it a point to come back and visit for their regular check up and cleanings like mini family reunions.
I could not feel more honored to continue this legacy, serving my community and extended family for another 30 years and beyond. Ive grown to love this office and individuals who have passed through over the years. Thank you everyone for entrusting the office to me. I will continue to honor the relationships we have fostered and continue to grow alongside the clinic.
