Dr. Nasrin Sadeghi was an associate dentist in the Boston area for 10 years before she opened her own practice in 2007. Dr. Sadeghi started First Dental Associates out of a desire to ensure top-quality dental care with compassionate service for her patients. Her passion is improving her patients confidence by allowing them to smile more.
Dr. Sadeghi attended Boston Universitys Goldman School of Dentistry from 1992-1996. After school, Dr. Sadeghi honed her skills by working with top dental professionals for 10 years before opening her own practice.
Dr. Sadeghi has continued her education throughout her career. She attended a weeklong international symposium on implantology and has special training in Invisalign, Lumineers, and Snap-On Smile. She is committed to staying abreast of the latest developments in modern dentistry by studying journal articles and books and by regularly attending dental seminars.
As a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Massachusetts Dental Society, Dr. Sadeghi stays active in the larger dental health care community. Dr. Sadeghi is an active member of the Massachusetts Dental Society and is currently the chair of the East Middlesex District of the Massachusetts Dental Society. She also supports her local community by contributing to several local and national charities, including Give Back a Smile, the Oral Cancer Foundation, and School on Wheels. Aside from providing quality dentistry to her community, Dr. Sadeghi enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Dr. Sadeghi is also a proud inductee in the Trademark Women of Distinction 2019 Honors Edition. Her high degree of accomplishment as a female professional has earned her inclusion in this historic preservation.
Carol is a certified dental assistant with over 40 years of experience and has been working with Dr. Sadeghi since 2007. She is knowledgeable in all aspects of dental insurance and a well trained CPR and OSHA certificate holder. Carols goal is to have patients feel at ease as soon as they walk through the door. Her ability to instantly connect with others always impresses patients as well as other team members.
In her nearly 20 years in our office, Laura has proven to be a dedicated and compassionate Insurance Coordinator helping our patients to receive the best treatments available without straining their checkbooks.
Certified in dental assisting, CPR, OSHA, HIPAA with a BA in Education from Northeastern University and a M.ED from Cambridge College, Laura is one of our most knowledgeable team members. She is an Adjunct faculty in Massasoit Community College and a certified Dexis Digital imaging specialist.
Dental Hygienist Susan is a registered dental hygienist with over 20 years of experience in the dental field. She is a graduate of Middlesex Community College with an associate degree in dental hygiene as well as her license to administer local anesthesia. Sue strongly believes in educating her patients on their oral health while delivering exceptional treatment. Many patients remark on her thorough yet gentle touch.
Dental Hygienist Julie grew up in the suburbs right outside of Boston and got her start in dentistry at the age of 16 as a receptionist. She then was on- the -job trained as a dental assistant and later went on to attend Forsyth School for Dental Hygienists.
She graduated in 1997 and has been working in private practice and in Research for years. In her free time, Julie enjoys hiking, stand-up paddle boarding and yoga. She lives near the beach with her 2 dogs, Teddy and Daisy. She also teaches CPR and is a clerk for state EMT exams on the weekends.
Registered Dental Hygienist Jennifer has been with the First Dental Associates for almost two years and has quickly proven herself to a be a dedicated and compassionate dental hygienist. Certified in dental hygiene and local anesthesia she has also become a specialist at patient education, helping you to better care for your own oral health.
