It was very scary the dentist treated me and his helper very badly the dentist told me if I didn't stop yelling(because I was scared of him) that he wouldn't finish what he started he was also mentally abusive towards me and his workers very unprofessional I would not recommend you take your animals let alone yourself to this place

This place is like a movie they r strange there is only 1 doctor and 1 hygenset it's a very shady place I would recommend going somewhere else with better people.

My mom and I went here. Dr. Austin is funny and great to work with. He also fitted me for my football mouth guard and talked to me about football! They are so nice.

Dr. Austin and staff at First Dental are AMAZING! I, like everyone, hates going to the dentist. Covid has made exams, etc. difficult and my son and I were in need. I have had to have several things done and they are wonderful. He has a great personality, very open and light atmosphere. Will continue to go to them!

I was looking for a dentist as ours had retired. Having one close to home where we can get in within a decent time is a wonderful option. Both my son and myself have been treated there. They are wonderful! They are thorough, give you multiple options, are available for questions and take really good care of you. I am so happy they are near us now!

I had a wisdom tooth that was cracked and needed to be surgically removed according to my old dentist. While shopping next door I decided to walk over to First Dental and check them out. They got me in right away, took xrays of my teeth and told me what needed fixed. The dentist looked at my tooth that supposedly needed to be surgically removed and said that she could remove it without any issues. Had the tooth pulled without any issues. Awesome customer service and same day service. Giving them 5 stars for a job well done.

I always thought you should try and support local businesses so I was glad to hear a dentist was opening in Ashland. Went in for a routine cleaning and x-rays. There was no hygienist working (one was starting the next week) so the person who answered the phone was fumbling around trying to get instruments to the dentist. The dentist was obviously upset because she was doing lowly cleaning she did not want to be doing. Didn't even get my teeth flossed. When done with the cleaning they put some goop on a Q-Tip and put it on my teeth-without telling me it was at an additional cost because it was the fluoride treatment. Just about ran out of the place. Total waste of time and money.
