Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Dr. Massaro graduated from the University of Pittsburgh before moving to Florida in 2007 to pursue his MS in Biomedical Sciences from Barry University. Upon completion of his masters degree, Anthony went on to earn his DMD from Nova Southeastern University in 2012 where he was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honors society.
Dr. Massaro then matched and promptly enrolled in a 6-year OMFS residency program at the University of Florida -Jacksonville. Dr. Massaro earned his MD from the University of Florida in 2016 and completed his comprehensive training in all phases and aspects of oral and maxillofacial surgery in 2018. In his spare time, Dr. Massaro enjoys traveling with his wife Amelia, working on his home in San Marco, golfing, playing soccer, and cheering on his hometown Pittsburgh sports teams.
Dr. Sevetz is a Board Certied Specialist in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery serving the community since 1978. A graduate of the University of Connecticut Dental program, Dr. Sevetz was trained by Professor Per-Ingvar Brnemark, MD, Ph.D. who discovered Osseointegration. Transitioning into Dental Implants in 1982 Dr. Sevetz has thousands of satisfied patients. Hailed as a subject matter expert Dr. Sevetz is a Clinical Surgical Professor at various Universities.
Dr. Woodling lived in Louisville Kentucky for almost all of his life. He attended the University of Kentucky and the University of Louisville School of Dentistry where he received his DMD. Following graduation, he completed an oral surgery internship at The Ohio State University. Dr. Woodling then started his six years of dual residency at the University of Louisville Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. During this residency, he spent a year in general surgery and obtained his MD as well as his oral surgery specialty degree. He also received BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS training.

His wife, Dr. Jennifer Woodling, is also a general dentist who practices in the Jacksonville area. They met in dental school and got married in 2015. In 2018 they had their first child, Cole, and in late 2020 they welcomed their daughter, Olivia. Dr. Woodling believes his children are the center of their world and finds the greatest joy in life being a husband and dad! Outside of time spent with his family, he loves to rock climb and spend time outdoors - running, swimming, and playing fetch with their dog Leon!

Dr. Massaro did an excellent job. No pain and no worries. All the office staff were very helpful and excellent as well. I highly recommend First Coast Oral Surgery.

This places, outside/inside appearance, available parking, welcome greeting, helpful assistance from staff - doctor, and the care shown to/for me was a very awesome first visit, that everyone worked to show how outstanding each patients case is at all times. I'd very much like to mention, Madison, who went to extra kindness to set up the appointment and her very nice personality when she knows how to be a very professional person/worker. Thank you all for the comfortable time, that I enjoyed for my first visit. If you're considering an oral surgeon don't hesitate to call, Dr. Larry Skigen, he's simply put an outstanding person/doctor!

When I arrived they greeted me by name and quickly ushered me into a room. They were fast and efficient in numbing my pain and getting to work on removing my tooth. They then discovered they would also have to remove another tooth. The removal of 2 teeth and aftercare instructions took a total of 20 min. I was treated with care. I am impressed with not only the speed but the kindness. I would and will recommend this place.

I visited First Coast Oral Surgery in Lake City on 7/5/22. I had two teeth that needed to be extracted. My extreme fear of the dentist is what left me in the predicament of having infected & broken teeth that needed to be removed urgently. I called to make an emergency appointment around noon and they were able to see me that day. I was seen by Andrew, Tammy, and Dr. Massaro and they were all extremely kind, gentle and very understanding of my fear of dental work. Dr. Massaro is amazing, and he had my teeth removed in no time, and I felt zero pain during the entire procedure. I was able to tolerate the procedure without the need for gas or anesthesia, which really is a testament to how incredible they are. I cannot say enough nice things about them, thank you all so much!

Doc and his staff are amazing! From the moment you encounter Ms Madison at the front desk to Ms Cindy and Ms Tammy that make you so comfortable once you pass thru the door to the back!! Doc Massasoit will take care of you and do the best job he can!! Thank you soooooo much!!!

I went to First Coast Oral surgery in Lake City, Fl. to have a tooth surgically removed. The staff were very kind and caring. Dr. Massaro was excellent. He explained everything that was going to happen. He got my tooth out very quickly and I felt no pain at all. I would definitely recommend First Coast Oral surgery to anyone who is in need of an oral surgeon.
