Dr. Lindsay English is a Savannah native and had always planned to return to the low country and serve the community she calls home. Dr. Emily Damron and her husband moved to Savannah in 2013. She practiced in Rincon for seven years before joining Dr. English in Savannah.
Drs. Damron and English took over two highly regarded dental practices in the heart of Savannah in 2020. Both have a passion for dentistry and are excited to do their part in continuing Drs. Allen and Smileys legacies of quality dentistry in a family-owned practice.
I was recently traveling and had a dental problem while visiting Savannah. My dental insurance referred me here and it was a wonderful experience. My apprehension at seeing a different dentist was completely put to rest! Dr. English is great and quickly diagnosed and treated my problem. The staff, especially Kim, Andrea, and Quinise, were incredibly helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this group to anyone in Savannah or traveling there!
Dr. Lindsay English is a Savannah native. She graduated from Savannah Christian Preparatory School and went on to complete her undergraduate degree at Auburn University. Dr. English then attended the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University, where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine. Dr. English and her husband, Will welcomed their first child, Harrison in March of 2021. Outside of the office, Dr. English is happiest spending time with her family. She and her husband, Will enjoy boating, traveling, cooking, and being outdoors with their dog, Rudy. Dr. English is excited to serve the community in which she was raised.
Dr. Emily Baker Damron grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and completed her undergraduate degree at Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. She went on to Indiana University School of Dentistry. Dr. Damron practiced in Columbus, OH for 4 years while her husband, Justin, completed an oral surgery residency. They moved their family to Savannah in 2013 to begin their careers. She practiced in Rincon, GA for 7 years before joining Dr. English. Dr. Damron and her husband have 4 kids who keep them very busy! Dr. Damron is passionate about patient care and looking forward to serving the Savannah community.

What a great experience. The staff are all extremely friendly and welcoming. The office is fresh, bright and clean. Dr Damron is professional, friendly and very well versed in her field. I'm so glad I found this gem of a dental office

Let me start by saying I have not been to the dentist in over 4 years, so needless to say I was very embarrassed & nervous to finally have exams/ cleaning done or have anyone look at my teeth. As soon as I entered the office, I was made to feel welcomed and at home by Ashley, the receptionist who had done a great job of maintaining a steady stream of communication from the time of my initial booking until the actual day of my appointment. My dental hygienist's name was Taylor, and she took what I am certain would have been an otherwise very uncomfortable/painful situation, and made me feel very at ease, pain free & relaxed. She even made the experience fun! Dr Damron & her team are clearly highly skilled at their jobs, and I really am so grateful for their expert care & bedside manner. I look forward to my next appointment! Thank you!!

I love the atmosphere and friendliness of the office staff. It helps relax me. Dr. English is fabulous. She is very encouraging and sensitive to my dental anxiety. If she had always been my dentist from the time I first started going at a young age, I probably wouldn't feel anxious going to the dentist. Her dental procedures are top notch. I love how she tells me what she is doing as she goes. Two thumbs way way up. I am always pleased with the results of my dental work.

Very personable & professional. Margaret Offered helpful advice for brushing, flossing & ideas for me to try to alleviate pain from gritting my teeth. Dr English was encouraging. I love early appointments. I went straight back without waiting out front. My office is about 5 minutes away. My appointment was at 7:30. I was at work by 8:30. Was a patient of Dr Allen & will continue my care with the Dr English. The practice was very accommodating with our daughter, her husband & 3 Littles while they were here in the U.S. I will highly recommend them to others!

10/10 would highly recommend Dr. English and her staff to anyone needing cleaning, fillings or any other type of dental work done. I signed in at the front office and was in a chair being seen within 10-15 minutes. The overall experience was extremely pleasant and the staff was very friendly and easy to deal with. I will most definitely be continuing my oral care with them in the future!

We love Carolyn she has been our hygienes for years, and though Dr English is new for us she is very caring and we look forward to many more years here. If you are looking for a dentist I highly recommend first city family dentistry.
