For more than 20 years, Dr. Michael Mike Firouzian has delivered personalized and compassionate dental care to patients of all ages through his general and cosmetic dentistry practice in central Ohio. Dr. Mike is a cosmetic dentist with a tireless drive to ensure hes educated on the latest dental techniques started with a B.S. in Microbiology from the Ohio State University in 1987 and his D.D.S. in 1991. He also completed advanced training in general dentistry at the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 1992, where he also served as a clinical instructor. Since then, over 1700 hours of continuing education make him one of the nations most highly trained cosmetic dentists. Every year he completes 70-100 hours of CE related to Occlusion, Sleep Disordered Breathing, Orthodontics, and Physiologic Dentistry. Dr. Mike holds fellowships with the Academy of General Dentistry and the International College of Craniomandibular Orthopedics as well as the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. He has also been named a Top 3 Dentist in Columbus, is a contributor to Real Self and serves as an expert in dental care with media in his home market.
In June 2018, Dr. Firouzian was named a Fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). This honor is only bestowed on dentists who demonstrate both a high degree of training and clinical excellence in the dental implant procedure. To receive this honor, candidates must verify at least 75 hours of continuing education (CE) credits focused on dental implants, and document either 10 full cases (surgery and restoration) or 20 partial cases (surgery or restoration). Five of these cases must be thoroughly documented so they can be evaluated by dental implant experts to prove that they meet the rigorous standards of the ICOI. When you see the initials FICOI after a dentists name, it is true evidence that a dentist is a genuine expert in dental implants.
He utilizes his premier education to provide a wide range of general and cosmetic dentistry care, including orthodontics, dental implants, veneers and full mouth reconstructions. In addition, cosmetic dentist Dr. Mike and his team specialize in more advanced and specialized treatments including reconstructive dentistry for those who have suffered trauma, addressing physiologic imbalances, bite and jaw alignment correction through restorative dentistry and management of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and its precursor, upper airway resistance syndrome (UARS) in both adults and children through various non-surgical techniques such as mandibular advancement devices (MADs), orthodontics, and restorative dentistry. His entire clinical team works to evaluate and treat patients with physiologic and mercury-free dentistry, including removing harmful amalgam fillings and replacing them with healthier, more natural materials.

I was skeptical of Dr. Firouzians office because I didn't understand how one office could have so many 5 star reviews! Then I became a patient myself, and understood it. The team is great there. I had to get a tooth removed and I was so nervous. I was shocked, I didn't feel any pain and healing was incredible. Dr. F called me the evening after my extraction to ensure I was doing okay. How amazing is that!? I also received a cleaning and it was the most thorough and gentle exam I have ever received anywhere. If you have ANY dental concerns I highly recommend this office.

This was better than I ever imagined going to the dentist could be! My dad loves coming here, and I see why. The place was beautiful, and everyone working there was so nice and gentle. They looked for more than just dental health, they ended up alerting me of something that I am going to see an ENT about!

What a wonderful experience I had at Firouzian Dentistry. The moment I walked into the office, I was greeted by a friendly staff and was treated with kindness and professionalism. Fantastic dental experience, very caring dentist and staff. They were accommodating and solved what ever problem or questions I had. Very positive experience. I absolutely LOVE my experience with Dr. Mike. I've been going to him for about 28 years. He's enhanced my smile and I couldn't be more happy with the results. I've also entrusted Dr Mike with my children. He put expanders and braces on my daughter and her smile is absolutely beautiful. Dr Mike has always been patient and accommodating. He's always perfected his craft and is the best. If you're in need of a dentist or more importantly cosmetic dentistry you should definitely consider Dr Mike.

From start to finish, the whole process was comfortable and efficient! Very professional and warm staff, making everything super smooth and easy. I appreciate friendly staff members who make you laugh and actually listen to your concerns and comments, which Firouzian Dentistry displayed. I have been going to Firouzian Dentistry for over a year. In that time, I have had several treatments, including cleanings, fillings, Invisalign, and cosmetic bonding. At one point, I had concerns about my treatment and shared them with Shireen and Dr. Firouzian. They took the time to make sure that we were on the same page and that all of my confusion was addressed. My concerns were met with compassion and excellent customer service. I am also very happy with the way my smile looks after working with this office- they have clearly made investments to bring their patients access to updated, top of the line technology. Bottom line, if you are looking for dental care from a provider that will listen to and work with you to achieve what you're looking for- whether it be dental health or cosmetic- Dr. Firouzian is an excellent choice.

The level of care I have received at Firouzian Dentistry is above and beyond! The entire staff is friendly, knowledgable, and accommodating, all of which ensure your experience is top tier. The emphasis is on delivering quality oral care. Their staff even took the time to arrange for a last minute patient-swap to help me avoid paying cancellation fees. Unheard of!

I reviewed many dentists and finally selected Dr Michael Firouzian. Best decision ever. Everything Dr Firouzian has done for me , my husband, my daughter and grandson has been excellent. Dr Firouzian and his staff are very thorough. His investment in education and new technology for the patients comfort is superior. If you are considering veneers I highly recommend Dr Firouzian.
