I love them, they have been my dentist for 7 years ! I've moved out of state & still come all the way to memphis for my dental work! Could do better with answering phones and be a little enthusiastic ! Customer service needs improvement ! But overall Recommended I guess

Three months ago I got molded for my teeth. They sent them off to get made. I still haven't gotten them. I ended up getting my teeth pull from another dentist. I have been calling them over a month and still I can't get anyone to answer the phone... I'm so disappointed

I love my dentist. They do good quality work that will not need to constantly be replaced or tweaked. So glad I found them!

I just phoned to acquire information and possibly set-up an appointment for my 75 year old mother who broke her tooth on a chicken bone yesterday. As I relayed the situation she first said that Tuesday was the soonest she could fit her in..."Unless she's in pain then maybe today at 1:30" she rebutted... I explained how she wasn't in pain but could not put any pressure on the tooth...I also mentioned that my mother was in early stages of dementia, and I would like to go ahead and get it done asap...The receptionist tone changed, and then she started to say "oh she has dementia? I mean if she has Dementia...I'm not sure if he can see her...I mean there was one other with Alzhiemer's but He may have to get permission from her doctor to see her". She rattled..... HUH? I had never heard of that before.... I told her that this sounded a bit discriminatory and "made up". Her response "Oh no i'm not trying to be discriminatory but with Dementia it's different, I mean who takes care of her? Who's in charge of her business" I am of course.... At this point I am annoyed as hell, and end hanging up. She said the word DEMENTIA 3 times in a 30 second interaction...The level of ignorance on that call was unrivaled for someone in the medical field. She has no business answering nobody's phone.

One of the worst customer service experiences ever was at this place. Wouldn't recommend this place at all.

I don't recommend this place. My appointment was at 1:30 pm and I was passed to start my service at 2:20. Very bad time management. It's really inconvenient for those who work and need to be back at a certain time. I have nothing to say about the dentist because I didn't get there.

If I had the option not to give a star, I wouldn't. My review ultimately reflects the treatment of the front desk rather than the dentist. This was my 1st visit, & I was referred by my insurance company.I have never received such POOR customer service. The individual had the nastiest, unprofessional, unfriendly attitude over the phone & when I arrived. I did nothing to provoke these actions. NO greeting whatsoever, she proceeded to drill me sarcastically on why I wanted a specific procedure & she wasn't even a dental assistant. I (the patient) even tried to resolve the issue,as well as spoke with the Dr. regarding the issue and I eventually left the office in tears. So if you want to be treated like you're NOTHING,like a worthless patient, than take a chance. This person had too much power for statements to be made to her colleagues like, " You don't need to worry with that", which was referring to me. This was said in my face.
