Transferred to Firestone Dental after last Dentist office mandated we fill out and subscribe to a patient portal after being customers for over 12 years and mandated we wear masks. Firestone Dental was very professional, kind, caring and easy to establish our family as new patients. Zero mandates, no required portal accounts, great staff. We are very happy to have found a great dentist office locally. Highly recommend.

This dental office is fantastic, especially if you have some anxiety about dental work. The dentist and the hygienist took time to explain each step along the way, they are very patient and cooperative.

Extremely friendly and polite front desk person, extremely sweet and nice dental assistant. The dentist was very empathetic, careful and considerate, obviously wanting to do a very thorough and correct job. I felt he knew my tooth landscape very very well by the end of the visit and really cared that I understood everything happening in my mouth, so he explained and even showed everything most precisely. The equipment is modern, the office is clean, the location is very convenient and appointments are so far easy to make. They even had a neck pillow available for when my neck became uncomfortable. Let it be said it took a very long time, longer than usual or expected, but that was because of the carefulness of the exam. I'd definitely give it a thumbs up, and being a nurse with many many years of dental treatment behind me, I'm very particular!

Dr. Alexa told me every step of the way what was happening and why. My teeth are very difficult and nothing ever goes according to plan. She went with the flow and if an option was necessary we discussed and made the decision on the way to go together. Her assistant, Tanya, was also very kind and explained what she was doing. That is the most comfortable I have ever been at the dentist (and that was Dr. Alexa's goal).

Very professional. Succinct. And very personal approach. Im glad i found them. Dr. Crete, Tanya & Petra are great as are the whole staff. Ive enjoyed my journey so far. They really do care about your point of view in your care. I appreciate that Uodate: now into my 6 or 7th visit. I wish i took some before and after pics. Great work. So happy with my care and results from the team here

Worst customer service of any Dentist I have ever been to. Both scheduling and billing are incompetent. They never bill properly and will always send a second bill, call them on it and the bill goes away, they say "it was a mistake in our system". They canceled my wife's appointment less than 24 hours before she was supposed to arrive. Schedule an appointment in advance only for them to change their hours and not notify any customers. Do yourself a favor and go to any of the other Dentist offices within walking distance.

The worse service ever. I came to get my wisdom teeth removed. They had mixed up somebody in lobby with a patient that was already in the back. I filled out a small amount of paper work and they didn't even ask to see my ID to confirm I was the right person. The ladies didn't know how to get my blood pressure. Took them 30 minutes before I suggested I need to take my sweatshirt off. They didn't start the procedure until an hour after my scheduled time. (And I arrived 20 mins early) Nobody told me what was going on. Once it was over they had my dad help me walk to the car! While still loopy from the anesthesia. I was beyond upset how they treated their patients.

The new dentist, Dr. Crete is great, and we wish her all the best in her career! I hope they can retain her, but I imagine she'll move on like the majority of dentists before her. Issue with the office is not with the dentist. Scheduling is a challenge. More cancellations the day before or day of then actual appointments for this office/Perfect Teeth in general over the last 6 years. Office personnel are unprofessional. We won't be going back.

I've been going to Firestone Dental Care for a few years now and have had consistently good experiences. Shoutout to Devon today who has a gentle , precise and efficient high skill level in hygiene.

Friendly, caring and professional. I finally rescheduled my appointment to get filings after the shut down. This resulted in a little extra dental work that needed to be done than I was originally scheduled for. The whole team took great care of me during my visit. They took the time to make sure that I was comfortable and that process was done correctly. I will continue to go back here.

STAY AWAY. Hit a nerve in my face causing Trigeminal Neuralgia. Found out I'm not the first person whose had nerve damage from this dentist. *They say they have no record. This happened in 2017 and I am still dealing with the pain from it
