Such kind, wonderful staff. I was very nervous about not having been to the dentist since before COVID and everyone at Fioritto's made me feel comfortable. Julie is one of the best hygienists I've ever seen; so gentle but thorough! Dr. Nisha was really kind and listened to my concerns. Thank you Fioritto's and family for putting me at ease and taking such good care of me and my smile!

Hello All Had to go to the dentists as when I was on vacation a filling came out of my front tooth. Keep in mind I am deathly afraid of the dentist. I'm 58 and yes a wimp in the chair. Anyway, Dr Liz was most gentle and worked with my fears. Rubbed some numbing agent on my gums and let that sit and then the needle. Really no pain. Thank you Dr Liz as well as to your staff that worked with you and worked to rebuild the tooth. Artistry!

I'm a retired dental hygienist of 30 yrs. My first impressions are very important to me along with service. I just relocated back to Ohio. I appreciate Fioritto Family Dental for letting me know that they were out of network for me. However, I kept the cleaning appt. I'm glad I did! I liked the compassion & professionalism from all of the staff. I made my 6 months appt before I left.

Worst experience I've ever encountered. 1st. Scheduling seemed easy until ALL 3 visits needed to be rebooked, due to their ignorance. 2nd the billing dept, screwed up the bill, cost me over an additional grand. 3rd, Dr Mike (who goes by their 1st name?) Is an arrogant, condescending, fake. Easily the WORST experience I've had with any business!

I and my two children have been going here for 18 years. There was a time when I loved it. I would never have considered going anywhere else. That time has passed. In the early 2000s, this was a family operation, and it felt like it. They knew you, and provided high quality dental care. These days... well, they have gone the route of most healthcare- bigger, corporate, more 'efficient.' For 15+ years I and my children would go, get whatever service we needed, and leave. If something weren't covered by insurance, I would get a bill. Which I would pay. Always. Three sets of braces not covered by insurance paid off in under a year. A month ago my daughter arrived for an appointment. I had forgotten to give her my HSA card. I showed up at the office roughly 20 minutes into what should have been her appointment to pay. And was informed she was turned away because she couldn't pay prior to the appointment. This was a routine cleaning. Nothing expensive. And in the past would have simply resulted in a bill sent to me that I paid. I don't think this would have happened 5 years ago. Back then it was friendly, personal. Now, money is at the forefront of any interaction. Regardless of your history. I guess I am happy they are successful, but they have lost something in the exchange. They have an ortho guy at the Mentor location two days per week. This guy's schedule is so overloaded. They really need to add another day or possibly just get a full-time guy. Appointments are crazy hard to schedule. Incidentally, the ortho guy is fantastic. I really like him. The hygienists are extremely competent. About 2 years ago my insurance carrier dropped them, or they dropped my insurance carrier... Not sure which. If this were the same place it was 5, 10, 15, 20 years ago I would have remained with them and paid the out of network deductible. But that last appointment for my daughter kind of sealed the deal.

BEWARE!!!! They are an implant center so they want to pull your teeth & give you implants..My Tooth has a $2000 root canal with a cap, that was only done 2 years ago. It got infected and they could have solved the problem with a $10 antibiotic that they gave me a year ago for it & she told me it would happen again..but this time they wouldn't give me the antibiotic because they are greedy & want me to have it extracted & pay for an implant

Excellent staff and service. I booked an appointment over the phone and was sent a link so I could enter all my insurance information ahead of time. After arriving there was only a couple extra basic policies to sign and that occurred quickly. The cleaning was exceptional and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. I also have some orthodontic work needed and was able to book a consult in short order. Will definitely be using them exclusively for my dental provider.

Great experience. Went in for a lingering problem I was having. They were able to diagnose the issue and as busy as they were, found the time to take care of it then instead of having me come back. Always friendly and professional.
