Dr. Nicole received her Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She graduated from Case School of Dental Medicine with the degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), with honors. While in dental school, she received the Eleanor Bushee Award from the American Association of Women Dentists for high academic merit and leadership in the field of dentistry. During her four years of dental school, Dr. Nicole was appointed by faculty to serve on the Ethics and Honor Committee.
Dr. Nicoles goal is to help all her patients value their oral health and understand how it plays a pivotal role in their overall health. It is her goal to help patients understand their dental conditions and deliver quality and personalized care.
Dr. Nicole loves the community of Northeast Ohio and enjoys giving back. She has traveled to many schools during February (National Childrens Dental Health Month) to get children excited about taking care of their teeth and seeing the dentist. Because of her involvement, she has been featured in the Kirtland Gazette, the Plain Dealer, Mentor Life and the Heart of Lake County Magazine.
When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Dr. Mike, and their two boys. Dr. Nicole enjoys reading, running and photography; and she has won several photography awards, shooting pictures with her Cannon DSLR.
Dr. Liz graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Arts in Zoology. She then attended The Ohio State University where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), graduating Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Liz continued her education, completing a General Practice Residency at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center. She is a current member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, and the Cleveland Dental Society.
Dr. Liz was born and raised in Cleveland and is very excited to be back. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, running, trying new restaurants, and cheering on Ohio sports teams.

Accompanied my husband to his dental cleaning appointment - our first after a specific issue that we were here just a week ago. I continue to be impressed and thankful for the care and caring of staff and Dr. Chris. As guardian for my husbands care his dental status and treatment plan were discussed and in terms neither above or below me allowing for questions, clear explanations and in an unrushed atmosphere. Thank you not only for our experience but for renewing my faith in the delivery of dental/ medical care and practice!

Dr. Fioritto is an knowledgeable implantologist with the most up to date techniques. He lectures and teaches fellow dentists like myself. Great mentor that I will definitely send patients to for complex cases. Highly recommend.

Been coming to Fioritto Family Dental office for about an year! Has been great experience every time! So far, everyone at Fioritto Family Dental concord office and mentor office has been so friendly, welcoming, and professional! They treated me with respect and professionalism. I love their beautiful main lobby ! So welcoming when I come in for dental appointments! Dr. Mike and his team are incredibly awesome, efficient, and getting my dental work done the right way! I now have beautiful smile to last for many years to come! Can't thank them enough for what they have done to give me a beautiful smile and got my implants! Kudos to Dr. Mike and his team! Great service, great staff friendly makes you feel comfortable and at ease. I am looking forward to my future dental visits and would recommend this practice to anyone five stars. Update.. Part way through to my new crowns. Exceptional service and care if I have an issue they have gotten me right in and out. Can't imagine going anywhere else. With extensive crown preparation I felt no pain and was at ease the entire visit

I was sent there by my dentist to get my tooth implant off. My dentist couldn't after two different attempts. They can cut it off but I needed to return. It will be nice when off. Clean and right off main route. Nice light for main road access.

The building is beautiful and the service is excellent. The reason I scheduled an appointment with them is because they mentioned on their website that they are directly contracted with my insurance. But it turned out my insurance was out of network with them and I ended up paying an unexpected amount. I wish I knew before my appointment.

Both of my kids have been patients at the Concord office for a couple of years. I called this morning to schedule an appointment for one of them to finish some dental work that we had to pause because we lost our insurance during a job transition for a few months. I was told that they couldn't schedule me because we are on their "Same Day" policy for 3 missed appointments in the last year. I've never been a "no show" so when I asked what appointment, they gave me 3 days where in the last year I had called to cancel because my kid was sick; seems like the right thing to do with Covid and all. But because I couldn't predict my kids getting sick in their policy time frame (48 hours) we were out on this "Same Day" policy (and not notified btw). So this policy means that I have to call On days we can make it and see if they have time. I mean just WOW! I would understand if we were no shows but that wasn't the case. Needless to say I requested my kids records and we won't be returning. The staff seems like they couldn't care less to lose good clients. So if you are a current patient and you happen to get sick when you have a scheduled appointment you better show up sick or else you will be in this same position. Probably the worst "bedside manner" I've ever experienced.

I'm sad to say we had to leave this dental office after some questionable ethical issues with the billing/office department. The dental staff (hygienists and dentists) were always so very nice but this office really put our family in a difficult financial situation. We went on the Fioritto family dental website choose an insurance plan they listed only to find out that it only works if you get the plan through your work and not buy it yourself (this information was NOT listed on their website). We didn't know any of this until after our whole family went to the dentist. No one said we weren't covered with the insurance we chose only because this office listed it on their website. Now we not only paid for a useless insurance (Cigna) but also have to pay cash for the work that should have been covered by the insurance plan they said they approved. I morally can not support a company that would be ok with advertising something, telling a family they are covered, then charge us because we don't have the correct insurance, even though it's listed on your website. Unfortunately we will be moving to another dental office and will not recommend this office to anyone. Be careful who you trust, it's all about money for them. I'd hate for another family to fall into the same trap we did so I found it important to tell our story.

I look forward to going to an appointment, The Dr.s and staff are very kind and efficient. My last trip was for dental surgery and I was scared. Dr. Mike had me in and out of the chair in record time, no pain at all. none today either (the day after) I can't say I even have anything to say but good job!

After moving here from the west side, I was a bit anxious about finding a new dentist that I would like as much as the one I was used to. Fioritto Family Dental is even better. Everyone was friendly and informative. Dr. Daniela was wonderful. She took care of my problem easily, insurance was handled with no problem and my next appointment is made. I'm very impressed and happy with the staff there.

So glad I changed dentists. I have never been treated better in a dentist office. Office staff extremely efficient, kind, and informative. You are definitely treated with respect here. Easy to schedule appointments and any dental service you require is under one roof. A warm and comfortable atmosphere. Very clean. Modern technology and most up to date procedures. I had been going to the same practice for more yrs. than I will mention. Dental experience changed after practice was sold. I was sent to other practices to have procedures done that I wasn't able to get at my dentist. The dentists here consult one another and work together. I was checked by Dr. Daniela and a treatment plan was developed and she also consulted with Dr. Mike. Especially grateful to Danielle, my hygienist, Dr. Daniela, my dentist and Dr. Mike my implant specialist! I had over three hrs of implant work done that included a tooth being pulled, bone grafts, and implant placements. I had absolutely no pain, discomfort, or swelling. I have had similar work done elsewhere where I experienced pain and swelling. You cannot compare Dr. Mike's excellent skills, plan of care and genuine concern for his patients. When I mentioned that I was chilled, when I arrived for my appointment, they brought in a very warm blanket. Who does that?!! You will receive the care and respect you deserve and will be pleased with the level of professionalism and skills.
