I have been going to this dental facility for 3 years. Was getting good results. This last experience was horrible. They were aggressive sloppy with tools hurting other teeth in the process of filling a cavity. They repeatedly bumped scraped the front lower teeth while working on a tooth in the back. They seem frustrated with the job that needs done and had several of them at one time talking turns. I never had such an offal experience. I went in for minor tooth ache and after my visit it has not stopped throbbing in pain. I have not eaten in 2 days and now i have to wait to find another dentist. Im not sure why i had such a bad experience. Maybe they were having a bad day. Maybe they do not like my insurance But just because i do not have the greatest insurance don't mean you can just damage other peoples teeth. Im in a lot of pain thanks to this teeth butchery. You girls are wicked and don't deserve teeth. Horrible horrible visit.

Took our toddler in for her 2nd cleaning and Dr Fiorenza and his team were absolutely amazing with her. We will be back for sure.

Friendly staff, professional, caring Whether it's my turn or my child's, they are very nice to us both. My 5 yr old has been an unwilling patient a few times, they were willing to try anything to work with her. They never got mad or impatient. I feel very comfortable at their office and I use to hate going to the dentist. I would recommend this dentist to adults & children.

I had my first visit today, I'm a very anxious person and also in the process of getting diagnosed with suspected autism, and I have horrible migraines with light. Everyone there was super friendly and made sure I was feeling okay and accommodated with the light sensitivity. I'm very excited to have a place immediately where I felt welcome and greeted.

Garrett, the owner is very personable! The facility is very clean and we were provided a great service! What makes this dentist stand apart from the others, is that the dentists to the cleaning so you have more opportunity to get to know your dentist!!

My filling for my front chipped tooth fell out over the weekend. Monday morning I called to get it fixed because being seen in that manner was not ok. I expressed how uncomfortable I was and anxious to get to repaired. I was tentatively on the schedule for Friday but I was overjoyed once I received a text that I could been seen Tuesday morning. They did a great job! Thank you

I really hate the dentist and hate going there. But Fiorenza has a very welcoming atmosphere. Jeff Gilbert was great and made me feel at ease His colleagues were polite and professional. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

I wanted to update my review on Fiorenza's office. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars with how amazing they are. They are so personable, caring, family oriented and patient. I have been taking my almost two year old with me to my appointments to get her checked out too and it really helps having the exposure at such a young age to the dentist. I trust them with all my dental needs and so does my husband and our children.

Was not happy with the dentist I had to(3/10/22). She did my deep cleaning without numbing me first like Dr. Gilbert without me asking him to or hesitation on his part she hit my sensitive gums several times to where I was ready to come out of the patient chair. I am requesting to have Dr. Gilbert do ALL my dental work from here on out . I like him best he is good and gentle and cares for his paitents feelings. Not trying to hurt anyone's feelings but I don't feel like mine was taken into consideration today. And I have had horrific experiences with dentists in the past and I don't want any in the future like this to reoccur. Thank you, Dawn Heckert

It is so nice to be treated with respect. All the staff and especially Dr. Jeff was very comforting. Had an appt. today 3/2/21, and saw Dr. Fiorenza. He and all his staff are the most comforting dentist I have ever seen. Thank you to all his staff and doctors.

I LOVE Fiorenza Dental Group! There are so efficient and make my time there a breeze. The ladies in the front are so nice every time I see them and are great working with you. The dental staff are amazing and really take the time to talk to you and make you feel welcomed. They really do care about your dental health and make sure you're doing what you need to be at home. Dentistry is definitely not just a job to this company. I would recommend anyone to Fiorenza and will continue to do so! Thanks Guys!
