One of the best dental experiences I have ever encountered! The entire dentist/staff were warm, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Dr. Chris was excellent and explained in detail every step of the way. I highly recommend this family practice.

This is not a review of the dental care, as I did not receive any care. Here's what happened: My appointment was 2:00 today. Because I am required to pre-medicate, I took my meds an hour before the appointment, but when I arrived I was told that I didn't have an appointment. Not that the date was wrong, but that there was no appointment for me on any day. I explained that the appointment was made 6 weeks ago, and that I pre-medicated for it. She again stated that there was no appointment, and there could not be an appointment because the drs were busy all day with other patients. Here is what offends me about the whole interaction: 1. There was never an apology, or even an acknowledgment that someone might have neglected to put my appointment on the schedule. 2. There was no attempt to try to accommodate me, particularly given the issue of pre-medication. She never went in the back to even ask if there was a way I could be seen. Obviously I will be looking for a new dentist.

I'm really shocked with experience there. Before I made an appointment I checked reviews and I picked that location because of 5 stars. Unfortunately, I had bad memories of that place. Staff and doctors were so kind but the way of process made that I needed back to my previous dentist and fix the same teeth once again. 1st problem which I had was that my filling wasn't placed correctly and made that I felt terrible pain. 2nd was the different tooth but I also had filling problem. After the xray made by my current dentist, he found out that I have empty space under the filling and that hole is so close to my nerves and because of that I needed root canal. Very disappointed

I've been going to this practice for a few years. My husband and daughters are also seen here. Every single experience has been excellent. But I have to say that what I love and appreciate the most is the sensitive, compassionate, understanding care they offer my children. They are gentle, fun, animated and know exactly how to offer an individualized approach to care. My 3 year old has no fear and looks forward to her visits. The office and staff are inviting and kind. Scheduling is simple and flexible and they all have a way to make you feel like a part of their extended family. I recommend them to every and anybody!

The staff is very friendly. The office is very Covid conscious and clean. Dr Chris F is kind and competent. A great place to go!

Perfection,Professionalism & Personal are just a few words that I can use to describe Dr. Mario Jr Fiorentini and his entire staff at both offices. I was dealing with daily annoying routine of loose partials and all the maintenance that comes with them. Crowns becoming loose and the self-consciousness of not having a nice smile. Well Dr Mario Jr changed all that for me. He gave me an entire new full mouth upper implants. Dr Mario Jr is a perfectionist. Not a single detail gets passed his eyes . When I felt all was great with upper implants Dr Mario Jr would notice such slight imperfections and corrected each and every one of them. Dr Mario Jr is the Picasso of dentistry. My new implants feel like my teeth felt like when I was 20. The compliments I've received are unbelievable! If you are in need of Implants or any type of cosmetic , routine or surgical dentistry. The Fiorentini Family is hands down the place to go in New Jersey. They work with you as a patient with fair payment plans for the procedures your Dental insurance does not cover which was a huge relief and another plus! Dr Mario Jr and his entire professional staff are 2nd to none! THANK YOU Dr Mario! Your attention to detail and top notch skill has transformed my smile & appearance. While totally abolishing the negative self consciousness I had over having failing teeth issues.

I am kind of new to this practice and I was so impressed with how Dr. Fiorentini Sr. was working on re-cementing my bridge when I noticed I had a pain in a certain spot of my gums. He immediately took an x-ray and said he had to do a root canal. He could of sent me home to come back at a later date but instead did it right on the spot which actually took 2 hrs. That is what impressed me. Also, the job he did on the bridge is fantastic. I love how my teeth look. I would highly recommend this practice.

Excellent family of dentists who really care for their patients. Having the ability to fabricate crowns right in the office is a huge time saver plus you are guaranteed a perfect fit.
