Dr. Brian Finn earned his Bachelor of Science degree at the State University of New York Binghamton. He attended Columbia University School of Dental Medicine, where he received his doctorate, and then went on to complete his orthodontic residency at Columbia University as well.

Upon graduation, Dr. Finn practiced in Hartsdale and Brooklyn, New York, as well as with Dr. Howard Anstendig in Eastchester, New York. He joined the faculty of the Postgraduate Orthodontic Department of Columbia University as an Assistant Clinical Professor in Orthodontics. In 1994, he devoted full time to his Eastchester office, and practiced with Dr. Anstendig, until Dr. Anstendigs retirement in 2005.

In addition to his professional life, Dr. Finn has a wife and three children. His son is a radiologist, his eldest daughter is an actor, and his youngest daughter is attending Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. Dr. Finn enjoys an active presence in the Edgemont-Scarsdale community, where he lives with his wife, Sharon.
