I like to leave good reviews, but I cannot in good faith do that here. Our family had been patients for several years and enjoyed the practice, but several incidents put that to a full stop. A practitioner incorrectly administered anesthetic to a family member, which was horrible. Our school-aged children routinely had 45 minute long waits for 5-10 minutes with a dentist. The front staff has changed over several times and communication was awful. Last minute appointment cancellations, sometimes being notified the day before only to have next availability six months out. Insurance headaches every visit. Inconsistent masking. When I went to cancel any upcoming appointments, there was no apology, no ask for a reschedule, nothing offered. The irony? I continued to receive texts and voicemails for the upcoming appointments. They couldn't even cancel them correctly, so I had to circle back again. Please take note of how old the good reviews are. This practice has changed for the worse.

Spanish inquisition just to get an appointment. I have Blue Cross - Blue Shield ok? So nasty decided def not for me. Good luck.

Decided that I needed a new dentist so last Aug 2021 I made an appointment here because of all the lovely reviews. First available was for April 4th 2022. That should have been my first red flag. March 28th got a confirmation text. Then, today, March 31st they canceled my appointment because of "staffing issues." New appointment date? September 14th. Clearly they don't need any new business.

The atmosphere is amazing. Everyone is so loving and friendly it's almost like a movie. It makes going to the dentist a little bit easier.

This friendly practice has been the game-changer in dental health for me! The staff is kind and caring and they make patients feel welcome. The dental care is top notch and thorough. I cannot recommend this practice too highly. Six stars if that were possible!

Semi-annual cleaning performed very professionally today. Check-in check-out process efficient and smooth. Staff friendly and professional. Office following required Covid-19 protocols as directed by state/federal government.

I've been visiting Dr. Finley-Parker's office since I've moved to Richmond. Everyone is very friendly and extremely professional. They make an otherwise difficult experience a pleasant one!

I've been going to this dental office for 20 years. Everyone is nice, professional and the work always comes out looking and feeling amazing. I would strongly recommend Finley Parker to anyone.

I've been going to this dentist office for more than 20 years. When I moved away, it was a long drive so I decided to try to find someone else that would be closer to home.. I have tried 3 different dentist offices that were closer to home and had good reviews. But not one of them came close to comparing with the quality of service that you will find at Doctor family Parker Family Dentistry!
