A proud alumni of Carmel High School, a former young athlete in Carmel Dad's Club, and a big fan of Bub's elk burgers, there was no doubt Dr. Finkelmeier wanted his orthodontic practice in his hometown of Carmel, Indiana. After 4 years playing basketball for the Greyhounds, Dr. Finkelmeier continued to Indiana University where he played varsity basketball for the Hoosiers. This hard work and dedication then translated into his work at IU Dental School, where he graduated with high honors and finished in the top of his class. Dr. Finkelmeier married his college sweetheart, Nicole, before taking off to pursue orthodontics at the University of Louisville. While in Louisville, he completed his orthodontic residency, tasted every BBQ and hot chicken restaurant in the city and welcomed his first baby, Beckham, into the world with his wife, Nicole. Although he enjoyed his time as a Cardinal, Dr. Finkelmeier was eager to give back to the town that gave him so much. Dr. Finkelmeier now has 3 children: Beckham, Christian, and Presley Rose.
Karina is an orthodontic assistant that loves working with kids of all ages. She attended Westfield High School before her dental training and is also bilingual in Spanish. She has been an excellent member of the Finkelmeier Orthodontics team and enjoys spending time with her family outside of work.
Sarah has been interested in orthodontics since she had her braces in middle school. She loves working with patients of all ages and learning about their lives. When shes not at work, she loves baking, animals, and spending time with her family.
Carolyn has been working as an Orthodontic Assistant for the past 20+ years. A native of Cincinnati, she and her husband have lived in Carmel for over 25 years where they raised 3 children. She enjoys gardening, Pilates, home improvement, and her 4 Basset Hounds and 1 cats.
Rachel brings the experience of running a business to Finkelmeier Orthodontics. Previously, Rachel owned and operated a bakery named A Taste of Amish in Zionsville, IN. She brought smiles to her patrons faces with delicious baked goods, but now enjoys helping them improve their smiles! In her spare time, Rachel enjoys gardening, fishing with her two boys, camping, and baking.
Megan has been working in orthodontics for 7+ years and she is happy to be a part of the team at Finkelmeier Orthodontics! She loves building relationships with patients and being a part of their smile journey. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Deric and their son, Boston. They love exploring new foods together and being outdoors!

The staff at Finkelmeier are very helpful and great to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs orthodontic work done. They have the newest technology and are always fast and efficient. I'm excited to have a nice smile and straightened teeth thanks to Invisalign and the crew at Finkelmeier Orthodontics. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my results.

Sweethearts, absolute sweethearts everyone on the staff here. I felt safe and re-assured about the treatment plan my referring Dentist layed out for me. Dr. Finklemeier confirmed that the course of action was a good one, assured me that all of my providers would work hand in hand and gave me a timeline, defined the costs, and I can't wait to show off the finished product! Braces are not just for those under 20! I highly recommend Dr. Finkelmeier for children and adults alike. He and his staff have great dispositions and are flexible with scheduling if you make a mistake and they have an opening! :-)

Dr. Finkelmeier and his staff are really one of a kind! I had some issues with my permanent retainer from my previous orthodontist and they fit me in quickly because it was causing some serious discomfort. It was not easy on their schedule (I could tell) but they knew I was in pain and genuinely wanted to help me. I am so grateful to Dr. Finkelmeier and will certainly be returning for any additional work I need or my children when they are ready for braces. Please don't think twice! They really care about their patients here. Their endless 5 star reviews speak for themselves.

I was referred by a family friend for a consult but was pretty disappointed in my son & I's visit. I will say, the only positive thing about our visit were the ladies at the front desk - they were really sweet. As far as the doctor goes.... We waited almost an hour for someone to even come into the room yet when the doctor finally came in he spent a total of.... 5 - 10 mins with us and acted completely annoyed / bothered and as if we were wasting his time. I didn't even feel as if I could ask questions and honestly was made to feel stupid for even bringing my son in. We definitely won't be coming back.

I had an outstanding experience at Finkelmeier orthodontics! My permanent retainer had broken and I was in need of an orthodontist. Asking around and looking at reviews online, Finkelmeier orthodontics seemed like the place to go. I am so glad I picked them! They fit me into their busy schedule, and Dr Brett took the time to explain how he was going to fix my issue, and answered all the questions I had. The actual procedure was painless and I could not have asked for how seamless everything went. Hopefully in the near future we will know a time without masks, and I highly recommend Finkelmeier orthodontics to get your smile ready for that day!

After a different orthodontist was going to pull one of my daughters teeth. I decided to find a second opinion. Thank goodness we came to Finkelmier! He was able to give her a beautiful smile without pulling a tooth. Amazing work, amazing staff! Just an all around great experience! Will definitely recommend Finkelmier to anyone who needs an orthodontist! Thanks guys!

Dr. Finkelmeier did such a fine job in adjusting my TMJ night split, since my former orthodontist retired. The adjustment was needed after a crown was put in place. Dr. Finkelmeier's staff is so gracious and professional!

I just finished my treatment plan and I could not be more pleased with the results. Dr Finkelmeier and his crew did a great job! They were always respectful of my time and very accommodating with my sometimes crazy schedule. If you are considering braces or Invisalign I highly recommend Finkelmeier Orthdontics!

I wish he was around when I was getting braces as a kid. This practice is amazing. Everyone in it is amazing. They've been great with my daughter. I truly believe he just wants to give people great smiles. Prices are very fair and reasonable. Love, love, love Finkelmeier!!!!!

The staff is always SUPER friendly,and they are always polite and have good conversations, and my granddaughter's teeth are looking AMAZING!! Love the staff and I look forward to her appointments for the conversation and laughs.
