A proud alumni of Carmel High School, a former young athlete in Carmel Dad's Club, and a big fan of Bub's elk burgers, there was no doubt Dr. Finkelmeier wanted his orthodontic practice in his hometown of Carmel, Indiana. After 4 years playing basketball for the Greyhounds, Dr. Finkelmeier continued to Indiana University where he played varsity basketball for the Hoosiers. This hard work and dedication then translated into his work at IU Dental School, where he graduated with high honors and finished in the top of his class. Dr. Finkelmeier married his college sweetheart, Nicole, before taking off to pursue orthodontics at the University of Louisville. While in Louisville, he completed his orthodontic residency, tasted every BBQ and hot chicken restaurant in the city and welcomed his first baby, Beckham, into the world with his wife, Nicole. Although he enjoyed his time as a Cardinal, Dr. Finkelmeier was eager to give back to the town that gave him so much. Dr. Finkelmeier now has 3 children: Beckham, Christian, and Presley Rose.
Karina is an orthodontic assistant that loves working with kids of all ages. She attended Westfield High School before her dental training and is also bilingual in Spanish. She has been an excellent member of the Finkelmeier Orthodontics team and enjoys spending time with her family outside of work.
Sarah has been interested in orthodontics since she had her braces in middle school. She loves working with patients of all ages and learning about their lives. When shes not at work, she loves baking, animals, and spending time with her family.
Carolyn has been working as an Orthodontic Assistant for the past 20+ years. A native of Cincinnati, she and her husband have lived in Carmel for over 25 years where they raised 3 children. She enjoys gardening, Pilates, home improvement, and her 4 Basset Hounds and 1 cats.
Rachel brings the experience of running a business to Finkelmeier Orthodontics. Previously, Rachel owned and operated a bakery named A Taste of Amish in Zionsville, IN. She brought smiles to her patrons faces with delicious baked goods, but now enjoys helping them improve their smiles! In her spare time, Rachel enjoys gardening, fishing with her two boys, camping, and baking.
Megan has been working in orthodontics for 7+ years and she is happy to be a part of the team at Finkelmeier Orthodontics! She loves building relationships with patients and being a part of their smile journey. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Deric and their son, Boston. They love exploring new foods together and being outdoors!
