Brad Rogge, DDS grew up in Dover, DE, and graduated from Dover High School. He attended Rochester Institute of Technology in New York, graduating summa cum laude with a bachelors degree in biomedical sciences. Being raised by a dentist gave him early experience with the field and inspired him to attend the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine alongside his twin sister in Buffalo, NY. While there, he volunteered for numerous clinical outreaches, including Remote Area Medical mission trips, Give Kids a Smile Day, and Smiles on Veterans Day.

After graduating, Dr. Rogge chose to continue his clinical education via a postgraduate program at the VA Hudson Valley Hospital. During this time, he received training in advanced restorative treatment, including implant placement and restoration, crown and bridge rehabilitation, and caring for veterans with complex medical histories. After 9 years in NY, Dr. Rogge was thrilled to move back down to his warm home state of Delaware. He is a member of the Delaware State Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, and American Dental Association.

Dr. Rogge loves spending time with his family in Dover. During the warmer months, he enjoys running, playing tennis, playing the flute, and spending time at the beach. He is also an avid skier and board game player when cold weather rolls in.

Beth joined us in July of 2016 but has been in the dental field since 1999. It is her smiling face that will usually greet you. She is available to assist you with all of your scheduling and financial needs, help you handle insurance matters, and review treatment plans. Married with two children, Beth enjoys spending time with family, which includes their beloved dogs.

Erin joined Dental Arts of Delaware in June of 2007 and has been in the dental field for over 12 years. Most patients know and recognize her by her friendly and cheerful voice. With Erins wide range of dental knowledge, she gladly assists our patients with everything from scheduling to financials, treatment planning, and insurance matters. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her three sons and her daughter-in-law.

Laney is new to Dental Arts of Delaware, but shes not a new face to dentistry she has been in the field for 9 years. Her experience includes working as an assistant in general dentistry, working as an orthodontic technician, and even working in pedodontics. Her main focus now is being on the front end of things, as she schedules patients, answers their questions, and follows up with calling them after treatment. In her spare time, you can catch her at the gym working out or trying a new restaurant with her husband.

Brianna joined the team in early 2021. She graduated from Paul M. Hodgson Vo-Tech, completing vocational technical training in Health Information Technology. New to the dental field, she is always ready to learn and explore. She is the middle of seven girls and enjoys spending time with family. She also likes to draw, read, and learn new things.

Lori joined our team in 2021. While she has several years of administrator experience, she is new to the dental field. Her outgoing personality, along with her bright smile, provides everyone with a warm welcome! She is eager to learn and has been a great addition to our team. In her free time, Lori enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, husband & dog. She also loves shopping!

Originally from Philadelphia, Maureen graduated from the Community College of Philadelphia Dental Hygiene Program in 1990 and joined our team in August 2014. She has extensive continuing education on various topics relating to dental hygiene, medicine, and personal growth. The ninth of ten children, Maureen is married with two daughters and a son as well as over 35 nieces and nephews. She enjoys reading, theater, and music.

Renee graduated from Delaware Technical Community College in 2020, receiving her Associate of Applied Science degree with a focus of dental hygiene. She will continue on to receive her bachelors degree in health sciences at Wilmington University. She has always loved the dental field and has been in it since she was 18, working as an assistant. She is very friendly and loves working one on one with her patients. When not at the office, she loves to play and get cuddles from her two dogs, Titan and Stella.

Daniella joined Dental Arts of Delaware in 2008, after graduating from Del Tech in Wilmington, DE. She went on to obtain a bachelors degree in dental hygiene from the University of Maryland and has taken continuing education in a variety of dental topics. She is warm, friendly, and professional and has a nurturing way with kids and anxiety-stricken patients. She has four kids and two dogs and loves the beach and traveling.

Lindsay joined our team in 2018. She graduated with high honors from Del Tech in Wilmington, DE, and has six years of experience as a dental assistant. Her favorite part of her job is meeting new people and developing relationships with her patients. She enjoys educating her patients about the importance of their oral health. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach and the gym as well as spending time with family and friends.

Sharon joined our team in 2011 and is a graduate of Del Tech where she also taught in the dental hygiene program. She has a bachelors degree in Health Science, a masters degree in Higher Administration and a doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Delaware. She has published several peer-reviewed articles for national dental hygiene journals. Sharon has three children and her best buddy, Max, a lovable Labrador. She loves the beach and biking. Sharon participates each year in the Bike to the Bay Delaware raising money for the Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Karen joined our team at Dental Arts of Delaware in 2015. She comes with many years of experience and knowledge of the dental field and is very friendly, organized, and hard-working. She enjoys working side by side with the doctors and helping other team members. Karen is an animal lover and has two wonderful, spoiled dogs she loves to spend her free time with.

Lizzett joined our team in 2019. She graduated from Delcastle Technical High School as a dental assistant. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and loves to travel and explore new things.

Marisol is the newest, welcome addition to our team. She received her dental assistant training at Delcastle Technical High School. When shes not helping patients achieve their optimum oral health, she loves spending time with her dog, friends, and family.

Alessa joined our team in the fall of 2021 and studied dental assisting for four years at Howard Vo-Tech. She went into the military after high school but continued to study dentistry in her civilian career. Shes been assisting full time now since 2019. In her spare time she likes to try new restaurants with friends, play with her dog, or go to the range.

Cristal joined Dental Arts of Delaware in 2021. She is a student at Delcastle Technical High School in the Dental Assisting Program. In her free time she enjoys watching soccer and spending time with her family. She loves being able to help others. She is always motivated to expand her knowledge in the world of dentistry.
