I got bad experiences with others Dentist; i keep searching and searching finally i found FINESSE DENTAL, Dr. Alexander Moqattash , his so knowledgeable and honest, his office was Modern and Equipments was great, his staff was helpful , he did my implant and bridges, im grateful.

One of the best dental offices I have ever been to, customer service is top tier thank you so much Marissa and Jasmine for everything you do. From the minute you walk in you the team makes you feel like family. I would highly recommend this office if you want a team that will not only respect you but your time as well.

I am so happy I found a dental office that I can truly trust! Dr. Alex is stellar, I've had 10 cosmetic veneers, all 4 wisdom teeth pulled, a root canal, and Botox! Transforming my Smile and reversing some fine lines and wrinkles. The team is exceptional from the front desk to the dental assistant Gigi. Don't forget to get your regularly scheduled cleanings by the dental hygienist Simone! Her energy is very calming and she is very thorough! They recently moved into a beautiful new office... my only complaint is how far the office is from where I currently live, but they are definitely worth the 40 mile drive!

Dr.Moqattash is the best for adults and kids. He is patient and kind. He doesn't rush you on getting your appointment over with. He explains things in relatable terms everyone can understand, and he does great work. My oldest daughter is always very nervous about getting work done, and he has been amazing with her! The rest of the staff is fantastic also! Everyone is so kind, knowledgeable, and gentle. I highly recommend Finesse Dental especially if you're hesitant about getting work done on your teeth because they handle every patient great!

The WOREST Dental Experience I have every had He did incomplete root canal treatment, He spend almost 3 hours It is well Known that If the root canal is not complete this can allow bacteria to enter the area again and cause infection. The infection can spread to other areas of the mouth or jawbone, This is exactly what happened to me As a result of this I had huge abscess and I have to do root canal retreatment again, abscess drainage and a course of antibiotics In addition to the risk of losing the tooth and pay twice for the same sh... Not to mention the pain and I have to wait on weekend till Monday to get it fixed If he couldn't do the job he must refer me to specialist. But why refer, and losing money I consulted many dentists and all agreed that what he did is not correct if he could not do it, he should refer to an endodontist Check pictures One shows his incomplete root canal job that leads to abscess The other shows how it should be done, this one done by an endodontists You clearly can see the difference Also he overcharge for low quality job

Excellent dentist my daughter had a bone graft and tooth extraction today and she never felt it was in and out within one hour and he also gave her a great deal of comfort during the procedure

Clean but really disappointed with their customer service. They came highly recommended by a friend. The assistant was supposed to call me the day after my appt with cost (after checking my insurance) but never called! Almost 2 weeks later still no call. I've even emailed the office, no response. Highly disappointed

Dr Alex said my husband has a cracked tooth that needs a crown. my husband goes to a new dentist Aug 30th and they don't see it. Dentist tried to call Dr. Alex's office for the information, now Shannon Montalvan won't release the records because of HIPAA Laws said I have to sign a release. I called and spoke to her asked why she sent the X-rays on Aug 27 when I called she said she knew who I was but won't send them to the new dentist without the release. I told her she wasn't doing her job she said I was confrontational and wouldnt deal with me and she hung up on me. I filled out the release form and and at the bottom was a check box saying there's a $25.00 fee. Really. I not sure if someone is trying to make money or does my husband have a cracked tooth. I will be contacting my insurance company as well. This review is not about Dr Alex. I thought he is compassionate and a caring person. I would have liked to have moved forward with some of the recommendations for dental work but I couldn't get pass the rude and condescending office manager who has major attitude and over talks you. I went to the Finesse dental Aug 3rd., for a check up and X-rays, I was told I needed deep cleaning and other related work due to my periodontal disease that I've had for 40 years. I wanted to get an estimate for some of the work. Then the office manger came in said she'd have to submit the information to the insurance for a quote and approval and could take a few weeks. Then Aug 5th my husband went in and was told he needed a crown for a cracked tooth and again needed to submit to the insurance for approval and quote. Two weeks pass I called spoke to the office manger asked about the approval from the insurance co. She said they haven't gotten back with anything yet. Everything is taking longer because of COVID. I said I don't understand the delay usually you get the information within a few minutes. She said when was the last time that happened, I said July 2021, actually from the last dentist I just left (didn't go back because I didn't feel safe with all the homeless people in the parking lot), they got the information in 15 minutes. On Aug 24th still nothing form dentist office so I called. Was told the office manager would call back later that day. She did. I was told there was only a partial quote from the insurance co. for my work, that I needed more work that's being quoted. I said it's my decision what I pay for and what I don't. I don't have any pain, loose teeth, swelling or bleeding. She started lecturing me about periodontal disease and how I have extreme bone loss saying she was looking at the X-rays and could see I have a tooth bottom front that is only been held by the gums. Really don't you think Dr Alex would say that. He didn't. How am I able to eat sour dough bread, pizza crust, bit into apples, red vines and CORN ON THE COB without it falling out? It's not even loose. I had a filling fall out just by flossing. Then I ask about my husbands quote, she said they haven't sent anything on him yet. I told her this ridiculous and would look for a new dentist. So Aug 25th I called my insurance co to see what was the delay. I was informed it doesn't take a month to get approval or a quote only a few minutes by phone call or by fax. I also checked on the quotes, mine was only partially sent and my husband wasn't sent at all. Someone isn't doing their job. To bad I really like Dr Alex. But can not put up with rude staff. By the way I did submit a grievance with the insurance co just not leaving negative reviews on social media.

Beware: the name "Finesse" tells the story; they will try to finesse you into buying expensive Invisalign treatments you do not need. I sent my daughter to them to assess a small cosmetic issue. The dentist told her she would need to do Invisalign for 3 months at the cost of over $4,000 before the cosmetic issue could be addressed. He also made her feel very uncomfortable by making inappropriate comments like, "I bet you get hit on a lot." I sent her to another dentist who fixed her issue the same day for $90. Sad to have to share such a review.
