Dr. Trivedi graduated from Bishop Moore high school and went to the University of Miami. She completed her Bachelors of Science with a degree in Microbiology. After a brief period as a school teacher, she heard her calling, applied and was accepted into one of the most reputable dental schools in the nation, Boston University.

After graduation, and not satisfied with such an accomplishment, Dr. Trivedi continued her education by completing a General Practice Residency at the West Palm Beach VA further expanding her knowledge and expertise.

Dr. Trivedi is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD).

Dr. Trivedi continues to grow both personally and academically, providing the best in the field of dentistry. She continues to participate in numerous continuing dental education courses to bring you the most up to date in treatment planning and delivery of specialized care.

Dr. Troy Gessner was born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio. After graduating from Canfield High School, he completed his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Molecular Biology at Muskingum University in New Concord, Ohio, where he also played Division III basketball. Following in his fathers footsteps, he then attended The Ohio State University College of Dentistry.

Upon graduation, Dr. Gessner accepted a commission into the United States Army and completed basic training at the Army Medical Department Center of Excellence at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. To further his dental knowledge, he attended a 12-month Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Fort Benning, Georgia. Working one-on-one with specialists, Dr. Gessner was selected as the Honor Graduate of his class. He was subsequently stationed at Camp Zama, Japan for three years, serving Active Duty Military members and their families. Upon returning stateside, he served at the Pentagon in Washington, DC, treating many of our militarys top decisionmakers. After an exciting and rewarding military experience, Dr. Gessner and his wife, Katelyn, are excited to plant roots in and serve the Orlando community, where they have extended family.

Dr. Gessner is an active member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. He is pursuing a fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry and continues to seek additional continuing education opportunities to bring you the best quality dental care possible. Looking to expand service options for his patients, Dr. Gessner has further received extensive training in dental sleep medicine, focusing on the treatment of sleep apnea.

Dr. Gessner listens carefully to his patients concerns, questions, wants, and needs. As the old saying goes, Patients dont care how much you know, until they know how much you care. I have been a Dental Hygienist for almost 29 years. I graduated from Valencia Community Colleges hygiene program in 1989, and spent my first 10 years in periodontal practices here in Orlando. I believe my experience in treating periodontally-involved patients has helped me become a more, well-rounded hygienist. I truly enjoy what I do and feel so fortunate to work in a great office! I have been providing dental care in our practice for just over 13 years. They offer a great location, coupling first class dental care with a friendly, small town atmosphere. Ive been married to my husband for 22 years and have two children. I have been blessed beyond measure in my life, and I hope to pass some of that on to you at Fine Dentistry at Downtown Orlando. I have had the privilege of being a dental assistant for 33 years. I love dentistry and feel blessed to be part of Fine Dentistry and love the quality of care our patients receive. Being a dental assistant is the most rewarding career, I am responsible for changing peoples lives mentally and physically. I moved to Orlando from Ohio in 1987. I have been married for 27 years, have two children - both of which I cannot be more proud, and I now have 1 grandchild! When not working I spend time with my family, golfing and fishing.

My time here at Fine Dentistry of Downtown Orlando, as an expanded functions dental assistant, has been a journey of great joy and learning. Dr Trivedi and the staff have inspired my desire to educate patients on their dental needs and provide them with a stress-free, peaceful experience. Working with an expert team has motivated many areas of my life and built my passion for helping patients with their dental treatment. I am a mother of two beautiful girls and it touches my heart to know how proud they are of my profession and me.

I love being involved in the process of transforming a patients smile! Ive had a passion for dentistry for many years. I started my dental career as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and while that was rewarding, I began to gravitate toward the business aspect of the dental practice. I enjoy working with numbers and finding solutions to problems. I truly believe that my faith is what connected me to Fine Dentistry of Downtown Orlando, because I feel as though Im contributing to such a bigger cause than just providing dental services - Im part of a dental family that treats patients as if theyre a member of this family.

I have been working in the dental field for over five years and have had the pleasure of working at Fine Dentistry of Downtown Orlando since 2021. During my career, I have developed a true love of cultivating relationships with patients and watching their progress, as dentistry can truly be life changing.
