Dr. Cecilia Santos-Berkowitz has been practicing general and cosmetic dentistry in California since 1997. Her contributions to dentistry are recognized by the California State Senate. With this technology we design and create state-of-art all ceramic porcelain tooth colored restorations from an optical impression. You can actually watch us design your new restoration on a full color 3D monitor. This eliminates the need for us to take a conventional impression and treatment can be complete in just one visit. Dr. Santos-Berkowitz has worked with CEREC technology since 2001 and given her extensive experience, she was interviewed by ABC TV on CEREC technology.
Cosmetic dentistry is not taught in dental school, so Dr. Santos has taken Advanced Post Graduate training in Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry with the world's finest advocators who support the highest standards of cosmetic dentistry like the prestigious UCLA Aesthetic Continuum and the Pacific Aesthetic Continuum. Dr. Santos has devoted hours per year to continuing dental education, her commitment to provide quality dental care you deserve is shown by constantly expanding her field of knowledge through lifelong learning and training in the latest in dentistry.
Dr. Wong is a specialist in the field of periodontics the branch of dentistry concerned with the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of disease affecting the gums and supporting structure of the teeth. Without gum tissue and supporting structures, other treatments of the oral cavity may not be possible (Imagine a pyramid without a good foundation).
Dr. Wong is a board certified periodontist of the American Board of Periodontology. She received her dental training as well as her specialty in periodontics degree at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. She is the 2000 recipients of the Quintessence Award for Clinical Achievement in Periodontics and the Annual Award presented by the American Academy of Periodontology.
Having been with Fillmore Dental since 2005, Dr. Wong values the importance of patient education and prevention of disease. Since her father has been through intensive periodontal therapy, she understands the need to listen to her patients concerns and to ensure their comfort.

I feel really lucky to have found this place, and have already received some great dental care from them. It's an excellent place, they worked with me really well, and it's such a great experience to work with them. I've been to enough different dentists and dental offices to know that Dr Santos is a keeper. She is caring, takes her time and has the specialization you need, so you know that you get great care. There's also Vicky, who's at the front desk, and she's super knowledgeable in close contact with the doctor so she knows what's going on. Five stars, a great place! However it's not a spa, as in a salon style spa, it's actually serious dental office.

Dr. Cecelia Santos is the best dentist I've ever had. Very up to date equipment md practices. I have had many tooth guards before that were all uncomfortable so I never wore them. Dr. Santos offered state of the art that were very superior and I have complied.

I have been a patient of Dr Santos for almost a decade. She is caring but firm. Proactive without being pushy. She loves what she does and it shows. And Vicky who welcomes you in and assists you is not only service oriented, she's wonderful too. Get an appointment. You will be impressed.

Dr Berkowitz always delivers. Everytime I come in for my check ups, she thoroughly cleans my teeth and does a thorough examination. My mouth , my teeth feels so wonderfully clean and fresh. I can't wait for my next cleaning. I give Dr Berkowitz and her office staff , 2 thumbs up.!

We've been going to Doctor B. for about a decade. We've since moved out of the city but will still make the hour drive for our dental needs. Dr. B will often make time to fit into our schedule but beyond that, she's thorough, detail oriented, gentle and works with our insurance. Her assistant Vicky is also a consummate pleasure.

Because of the news of COVID 19 and being in SHELTER & PLACE, I delayed seeing the dentist. When I returned to the Dental chair I felt very safe and comfortable being back. My teeth feels better and healthy. My morale feels even better too for seeing the dentist again. Thank you Fillmore Dental Spa

Dr Santos-Berkowitz has been my dentist for over 15 years. She did numerous fillings, cleaning and a dental crown for me, all successful. She is very genuine, skillful and has great bedside manners. She remembers my personal history and is very detail-oriented. I can relax and trust her clinical judgment. She has always been flexible with my busy schedule and accommodated me at early morning hours. She and Vicky has worked with my different insurances along the years and I never had a problem. I also felt safe going back during Covid.
