In 1980, Dr. Harry R. (Frosty) Culp started Fielden Family Dentistry with a strong belief in putting people first. Today, nothing has changed; we pride ourselves on our friendly atmosphere, long-time relationships with patients, and top-quality dental procedures.

Dr. Fielden has a Bachelors in Biology from San Diego State University and a Doctor of Medical Dentistry from the University of Pennsylvania. He then practiced in San Diego for four years before joining us in 2005. In April 2008, he became the new owner of our practice.
Dr. Fielden is a member of the American Dental Association, North Carolina Dental Association, High Point Dental Society, and Seattle Study Club. He enjoys cosmetic dentistry as he can give people their self-esteem back by creating beautiful smiles. He also enjoys the challenges of oral surgery.
Dr. Fielden and his wife, Heather, reside in High Point with their three childrenSam, Annarose, and Luke. Hes interested in rock climbing, hiking, reading, vintage cars, and spending time with his family and friends.
Dr. Quach is from Belmont, North Carolina and completed her undergraduate studies at UNC Charlotte with a Bachelors in Biology. She then went on to complete her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at VCU School of Dentistry and has been practicing in Virginia since August of 2020. She enjoys connecting with patients and strives to provide the best quality she can. She believes that it is important to treat patients like you would treat your own family. Her goal is to make every patient feel comfortable in the chair and to leave with a smile. She resides in Greensboro with her husband, Chi Wei, enjoying nature hikes on the weekends and exploring different cuisines together through cooking and baking. In her freetime, she loves spending time with family, digital drawing, piano, and researching dog training in preparation for a future furry adoption.

Dr. Fielden replaced an old crown with a new one. He was efficient and it was painless. His great staff makes the whole experience very pleasant.

Amazing!! I am a horrible patient when it comes to my teeth!! Dr. Fielden and ALL of his staff (little shout out to....Kathy, Joyce and Dr. Quatch!) are incredibly compassionate and understanding. I had many issues concerning my teeth.......fears and financial worries. Dr. Fielden went above and beyond to meet me where I was and bring me thru to better dental health. I can not say enough positive things about this dental practice. If you have neglected your teeth for whatever reason or even if you haven't I highly recommend Dr. Fielden Dentistry. It is a wonderful feeling to have a healthy mouth and be able to smile with confidence.

I have been going to Dr. Fielden's office for more than 30 years (even before Dr. Fielden bought the practice), and I've always been pleased with the service. The staff are some of the nicest people you'll ever want to meet, and I never have trouble getting an appointment when I need it, even in an emergency. Today I saw Dr. Quach (Dr. Q) and I knew when I left that I wanted to write a glowing review. I am one of those people who dislikes getting any dental work done, and with good reason. As a child the dentist I went to did not use novocaine when drilling cavities in my teeth! He told my mother that "children don't feel pain the way we do," so she didn't raise a fuss even when I cried after every visit to have a cavity filled. So I'm an armrest gripper, even when I've been numbed up completely. Dr. Q didn't hurt me when she gave me the numbing shots, and I felt nothing during the procedure today. She was thorough, made sure to let me know what she was doing every step of the way, and was above all, kind. Dr. Fielden has always been kind as well, and has not been offended by my fear whenever I was in his chair. So I just wanted to say that this is an excellent dental practice (always has been), and I'm grateful for their extraordinary service.

Dr. Fielden and his entire staff are terrific and have given me excellent dental care. Dr. Fielden has been taking care of me now for many years and I am very grateful for his skills and his "chair-side" manners. He always make me feel relaxed and comfortable.

Every visit is handled with full attention to detail and explaining if anything needs to be done. The staff is friendly and fun - which is a plus if you have to be at the dentist :)

I'm 50 years old 5'5" 170lbs and a big baby when it come to needles! Dr. Fielden is the absolute most knowledgeable, caring, enthusiastic dentist, I've literally ever encountered that is helping me with all the dental issues I'm having at my age. Please!!! Please!!! If ANYONE needs a good dentist... call Dr.Feilden...he IS accepting new patients. You will NOT be disappointed!!! He is the best I've seen hands down and I have visited many dentist over the years. So please just call Cody Fielden the best dentist ever!!!

After 17 years my current dentist closed his practice. A friend referred me to Fielden Family Dentistry. I felt very comfortable from start to finish. Karen, my hygienist was very gentle and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and Dr Q was kind and very through with the exam.

This is by far the best dental experience I have ever had. The appointments are timely. Dr. Fielden personally did my dental work and he is an artist. His work is amazing!!! Everyone in the office has been trustworthy. My journey has been a long one; I've considered braces, invisalign, veneers among other options, to correct my front teeth. I had an issue that was caused by an accident at a young age. After talking with Dr. Fielden and seeing his prior work I felt hopeful and rightfully so. I have a new smile that feels and looks amazing. Judge for yourself I've shared before and after photos. Lastly, this office offers good customer service.
