Dr Fidler and her dental staff are fantastic. Always friendly and accommodating for routine visits; effective and empathetic when the occasional dreaded dental emergency arises. The desk staff deserve five stars as well for accommodating schedules and always working hard to make sure insurance is lined up correctly. We recently moved to a more distant neighborhood but its worth the effort to stay with Dr Fidler.

It is rare today to find sincere people dedicated to their calling with care and professionalism. In my too numerous occasions in the dental chair, this was a refreshing event. Even though I was late to my appt., due to traffic snarl, these angels worked thru their lunchtime and were in no hurry to make sure I was relaxed and satisfied. Wow... how can it get better?! Don't know... but I am definitely going to continue with this great group of dental professionals.

I am so happy to have found a dentist office that truly cares. It is hard to find medical professionals these days that will listen to you instead of dismissing you. Dr. Fidler is amazing and takes the time to listen to your concerns and addresses any anxieties that you might have. Everyone on staff is incredibly friendly, and I haven't had a hygienist I didn't like. If you are looking for a top-notch dentist, with the latest technology, that goes the extra mile, go to Fidler on the Tooth. You won't be disappointed.

Top of their class. The team cares about you and tries their best to inform. Intelligent and sociable. Best experience I have ever had in a dental chair, hands down. Strongly recommend Dr. Fidler and her team.

Visiting Fidler on the Tooth is always a joy... which is something I NEVER thought I'd say about visiting a dentist! The ladies and gentleman of Fidler are so welcoming, helpful, transparent, friendly, and every other positive adjective in the book.

One is helping extremelyfearful patientsreceive the care and attention they need. I feel horrible that people in our profession have caused so much pain and I believe that you and I deserve better. Many of my patients suffered a traumatic experience in their youth where they were ridiculed by a dentist, he/she continued treatment when they werent numb or even held them down against their will. This is just so sad to me.

Do I think we can eliminate fear and become their favorite place to visit? No, but we do provide an atmosphere where you can share your fear with us and not be judged for it. We hope to replace some of those bad memories with good ones.

Twois a bit emotional. For example: Think about your friends or familywhen you see their great big smile, it just reminds you of what that person means to you deep down inside. Now, when you give someone their smile back, that reaction can be overwhelming.

If you can imagine yourself spending the last 15 years (or more) embarrassed by the result of a broken smile, then you can understand why many of them cry when they first witness their new look. Out of gratitude, amazement, disbelief, or wonder, whatever the reasonits why I get out of bed every day.

Dentistry was a natural choice for me as I am able to see how I can impact an individuals quality of life. It gives me a great sense of accomplishment when someone comes in with a toothache and leaves pain free or when I can give back a persons smile. Dr. Wang

Although I have not been at Fidler on the Tooth for long, I feel that everyone is like family here. When I first walked in, there is a sense of camaraderie and friendliness. Everyone is passionate about teeth and works together to make sure the patients receive the best care possible.

I dont have time for the dentist has been my excuse until I just couldnt put it off anymore. Thankfully I found Dr.Fidler is not just an expert in her field, she is a mother of 4 she knows busy and respects it 100%.

This is the first time in my life that I actually enjoyed going to the dentist! Everyone that I interacted with was amazing, friendly, and reassuring. Their bedside manner is unbeatable, and I am so glad that this office was recommended to me!

I really appreciate you all explaining every step of the process - walking through the photos with me, ensuring I was comfortable every step of the way, and explaining every new situation. This has been by far my best dental experience.

Phenomenal first experience! Everyone I worked with (Mary, Ally, and Dr. Fidler) were extremely kind and patient. They took their time to ease my (severe) dental anxiety, were non-judgmental, and walked me through everything. Despite having extreme sensitivities (and usually experiencing unbearable pain during exams), I felt no pain at all! Thanks to everyone there for making this such a comfortable first experience.
