Best dentists ever these people really care. Got a tooth removed was done no problems. Works with people on payments. I will be going here for now on. They Explain everything, super nice and they know how to do the job right

Although they are a bit expensive in my opinion, they are very thorough. They are very friendly and seem to go out of their way to make you comfortable. I will say that sometimes I wonder if I am getting more than I need to do. Over all I would recommend them. Just be prepared for the cost. On my income as a kennel worker it is quite high. If not for the cost I would give five stars.

I went in with pain that was nonstop and told I needed root canal. I explained I'm a single mom and do not get child support. They didn't want to even discuss pulling it and gave me referrals to other specialists for the root canal. Now my jaw is in nonstop pain and still can't get anything for infection.

Went there with a hurting tooth. They take all kinds of x-ray and stuff. All the easy stuff to bill insurance and use up your benefits. But the minute they find out I'm not going root canal and all that mess, that I just want the tooth pulled they won't help. Dentist says it's too hard to pull the tooth and wants to shuffle me off to an oral surgeon. If your not interested in spending hundreds or thousands of dollars, don't bother to go to these thieves. They want your easy, fat money. But not interested in just solving your problem, now they've used my benefits and I'm still living with a bad tooth.

They were able to take me in as a new patient within a day because I was experiencing mouth pain. Staff was professional and friendly. My evaluation seems very thorough.

Wisdom teeth extraction & cleaning. Staff is very friendly and accommodating when booking my appointment. They were able to get me in quickly considering I was a new patient and having tooth pain. The Dental Assistant, Hygienist, and Doctor we're all amazing. They care about their patients and make sure they are comfortable during their visit. The uplifting environment helps in a stressful time like this appointment. Will be coming back for Invisalign! Thanks ladies!

I'm only leaving one star because it gives you no choice you have to pick one. . Had an appointment this morning at 8:00 am. I wrote it down wrong but it was no problem per the office. Went back to room to start procedure. I was telling the hygienist some issues I was having. She took my blood pressure and had to go to the doctor. She came back and said she wasn't doing by procedure today that they wanted to look for oral sedation. I advised I didn't need it so then they said they had to get permission from all my doctors so they could reschedule my appointment for a different day. They already have all releases from every doctor I have in their office for today's procedure. I have been going to the dentist for years now and have never been treated like this before. I left the office drove to another dentist in town and have an appointment scheduled. I still haven't heard from Festus Family Dentistry office apologizing or wanting to know if there was anything they could do for me. They don't care if they lose money or a patient. If I would of heard from them right away I may have worked something out. Not interested in my business I'll go somewhere else.

The front desk is welcoming, prompt and efficient! The entire staff is knowledgeable, attentive and patient. also they went above and beyond to help with my costs and accommodate my insurance and limited budget. Dr. P was gentle and thorough and patiently answered my questions. Her dental tech who worked alongside her on my crown is caring, gentle and my whole experience was virtually pain-free!

Where do I begin. So I absolutely hate the dentist as most people do, I didn't go for 7 years because of it, but Festus Family Dental is just so much different! The entire staff is so friendly and they make it a point to remember everyone. Everytime I have gone they know everyone by name and make you feel like you are part of their family.1 in a Million from care, to quality of work. If you are scared or hate the dentist like I used to, Family Festus Dental will change your mind, atleast they did for me
