Dr. Michael Fesmire is a Hendersonville native who grew up enjoying the slower pace and small town values of our Middle Tennessee community. He attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville where he graduated with honors from the College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Finance. He continued his professional education at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis where he graduated with high honors with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. During his time in Memphis, Dr. Fesmire met his wife Caitlin. They currently live in Nashville with their dog Max and are avid Vols and Titans fans. Dr. Fesmire is thankful to be back serving in his hometown community where he can continue fostering and preserving the values he has always cherished.

Dr.Fesmire & his entire staff are the absolute best!! What i like most is how he will never do unnecessary work to your teeth. He truly does what's best for his patients. i've dealt with a few offices in this area and they were terrible. i'm so glad we now go to Dr.Fesmire! I know my entire family is in great hands!

I always have fun when I visit Fesmire Dental. Granted not every dental appointment is a laugh-filled circus, but that's just the nature of dentistry. But every appointment I've had with Dr Fesmire and his staff has been fun and pleasurable. And they have an office puppy. How can you not be happy when there a dog in the office.

I cannot give enough praise to this team. My regular dentist was out of town and they worked me in. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a local dentist.

Literally the BEST dentist hands down. Amazing customer service from his staff. He shows a level of knowledge and professionalism that will knock your socks off. His Angel of a front desk person- is a wiz with benefits and insurance claims. They will never say you need a procedure or something you don't need. Always full of awesome information.
