This place is terrible and the owner is terrible. after my father and his doctor were going back in forth about his situation and the owner of the dentistry yelled at him saying He has cancer in front of clients. This is unacceptable and they have no respect for HIPPA law. Grievance will be filed and trust us do not waste your money there.

This is office is the most disrespectful and unethical office. My father during his visit was degraded and abused by the owner himself, Dr. Fernandez. He violated my HIPAA rights by yelling out my prognosis in front of all his office staff and other patients. I will never recommend this office to anyone

There needs to be an option for zero stars. I don't understand how any physician who took an oath can treat patients so terribly. They don't care about you they only care about the money. There is no continuity of care when sent to a specialist. Your health can deteriorate and they dont care. The office staff seems terrified of Dr. Fernandez. This place is horrible. Filling a complaint with the state and insurance. Dont go here if you care about yourself or loved one

HORRIBLE experience! The first few times the service has been acceptable but the last three visits have each gotten worse and worse. This last visit was the final straw. My appointment was for 5pm. It was 6:08 and they still hadn't called me to be seen. I asked for a refund and it took them 17 min to process a refund. I told them they don't respect my time and asked what is the purpose of an appointment?! Never again

(Translated by Google) I had a very bad experience in this place, a few years ago the revision was free and now they charge $50, I had some x-rays, and they told me that I needed a cleaning, very expensive cleaning, and I found another cheaper place and they did not want to transfer my x-rays to the new place, first they told me that it was free and then they told me that it was $100 for the transfer, in the end they did not transfer anything to me, and they violated the (HIPPA LAW) I will never go again (Original) Tuve muy mala experiencia en este lugar ,hace unos anos era gratis la revision y ahora cobran $50 , me hice unos rayos x , y me dijeron que llevaba una limpieza , la limpieza carisimo, y encontre otro lugar mas economico y no me querian transferir mis rayos x al nuevo lugar ,primero me dijeron que era gratis y luego me dicen que son $100 por el transfer, al final no me transfirieron nada ,y violaron la ( LEY HIPPA ) nunca vuelvo a ir

Went in to get my denture fitted It had become loose and was told Couldn't be done I had to get a new one paid for a new one after eight visits the fit was never right 400+ dollars later I walked out with a bad fitting denture which also deformed my face making me look like my mouth was Sunk in Needless to say I didn't bother going back went to another dentist I took my old one they adjusted it and it fits perfect $100 my old one fits perfect and I have a brand new pair from Fernandez dental as a reminder that not all dentists are equal I asked for copies of my x-rays in order to save a charge with the next dentist and they said I would have to pay them $100 But the other doctor only charge me 60 to take new ones

Been going here for over 10 years. Just went for a check up and cleaning and felt very uncomfortable when they took me to see the insurance lady to discuss my treatment plan. Although she has Plexiglass in her tiny office, she was not wearing a mask and came out from behind the glass and stood a foot away from me to talk to me about the treatment plan and show me the print out. I left quickly but wonder why this would happen in a healthcare setting. Dr. Fernandez should be made aware of this situation and patients should be made to feel safe at all times. Other than this experience in times of Covid, the only thing that keeps me going to Fernandez Dental is the hygienist. They have been fortunate to have very good ones, including the one now. Marta is amazing and keeps me coming back. I do not like to be seen by a different doctor every time and never get any work done at this office, only cleanings.

MERCENARIES (Literally), RUN AWAY! I've been a patient at Fernandez Dental office for years. The attention used to be great. I went this year for the first time like a month ago and found they now have a "Manager". A person that you have to go see after any procedure. She is a professional scammer. All the rest of the personal remains great as usual. This woman main propose is taking all the money she can from you. The process works like this. She will exaggerate your condition, and will tell you you have to add things to the treatment that are not covered by your insurance. Will tell you that If you don't do it, really bad things will happen to you. They had the bad luck that I've been through the same procedure in the past with them, and the only thing I had to pay was 700. Now it was the 700, plus, like 250 for the scan (that was covered before) and the day I left they told me to pay 1000 upfront for that day's procedure. So I arrived and without they even mentioned it they told me to pay 1000. I told them that I hadn't pay that in the past, they checked and I was right. But she first told me that this procedure was going to be different so they can accelerate the process. I told them I was not interested in accelerating the process, I was ok with the previous one. So they told me it was not an option, it had to be that way. I felt so uncomfortable during the conversation that I couldn't support the pressure and left. After I left I called some friends that were going to the same dental office, and they all told me that they had the same experience and are not going there anymore. Please check the other reviews from the last months, this is not an isolated case. I hope my review works for you so you don't go through what I had to.

Let me just start off by saying that I too work in the healthcare field so I know first hand working in this field means people with pain and or other issues will come to you. I called at 5 since they claimed they closed at 6 and was told that they close at 6 but see their last patient at 5. So basically you close at 5 not 6. Now I wouldn't be calling in for an appointment so late if it wasn't that urgent. I even had to leave work early bc my tooth and nerve pain was so severe. Even though you can clearly see I'm in severe pain they told me it was a root canal and said that because it was 6 they couldn't help me further. Didn't know working in healthcare had a time expiration for helping patients in need. I disclosed the fact that I had taken 1000mg of Tylenol an hour prior to coming and she still insisted on prescribing me 800mg of Motrin. Despite the dentist not letting me know how soon I can take it after the Tylenol. I had to ask how soon after because she was about to take off and even then she said maybe 4 hours. DONT WORK IN HEALTHCARE IF YOURE NOT WILLING TO HELP.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. It is the worst. I accompanied my friend for a very bad tooth ache and the staff was rude, and turned my friend away. Thanks to them my friend has to go an extra day with unbearable pain. You are not a real doctor if you turn away your patient in need. They close at 6, my friend arrived at 5. IN REALLY BAD PAIN. You're better off any any other place.

This was my second visit to Dr. Fernandez office. I had a cleaning performed by Marta, she was expectional, very positive informative and professional. I also had two crowns replaced by Dr. Gabriel. Brilliant doctor and informative. Thank you all for making this such a positive experience. See you in six months. Arturo Sosa Miami Lakes, Fl

(Translated by Google) I am treating myself more than a month ago at the Fernandez Dental Miami Lakes dentist, they charged me half the work in advance and four times I have dropped the storms that they put me and today I call at 1.50 pm that work until 3 or 3 / 30 and they told me that they couldn't attend to me, I told him that it was an emergency because I can't eat and that because of their bad work I have had to go to the office 4 times because the work they are doing for me doesn't work and now I don't They wanted to attend and on top of that they told me that they are going to close and they don't know when they are going to open. I suggest you not go to Fernandez Dental, there is no quality in their work or feelings because at the time they were open they did not want to attend me.
