I really wish I didn't have to leave this review because I do like and trust Dr. Fernandez as a doctor but unfortunately her dentist office is lacking. - She just doesn't have enough doctors so the waits are 45 minutes at the minimum. The last time I went to visit I waited 55 minutes, almost an hour, before having to leave to go to work. - The lack of doctors and staff means that the office itself is dirty. Cleanliness is subjective but this place really needs a deep cleaning and feels like it hasn't had one in years. There are scuffs on the cabinets, the floors and surfaces are dusty, and the ceilings have water damage. - Because there is little staff the front desk lady is clearly tired and overworked which is why I think there are so many reviews about her friendliness. I think she's just burnt out from working here.

Considering their work load I think this office is pretty good. I will admit their calling people back is not where it could be but all things considered our family has had all good experiences here.

Save yourself and your family time. Do not attend this dental office. Extremely unprofessional staff especially the front desk lady she is most definitely the rude one. There are many other dentists around the area who are all about customers this office is not the one.

Absolutely amazing dental office! I have never had a dentist that cared so much and took her time to do her work right. I switched to this dentist because my last dentist messed up my teeth more instead of helping my teeth. She has saved my teeth and I appreciate it so much! Fernandez Dental is by far the best dentist I have ever been to!

This place is so unprofessional lacking customer service. They have a schedule an appointment for me and I'm here at their facility but guess what they're closed no one give me a courtesy call wasted my time while scheduling me an appointment how was this place doing business in such a manner I don't understand. I CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW THEIR WORK ETHICS WOULD BE.

Please avoid this office. The front desk lady who happens to be Hispanic is extremely rude unprofessional. Doesn't have any common sense on how to communicate properly with a client. Not sure how this place is conducting business I should have known by their 3 star reviews to avoid this office in the first place now I know why this place is so horrible. If the front receptionist is this rude unprofessional I could only imagine how the rest of the staff.

Didn't even get past the woman who answered the phone. Greeted with the heavy sigh of the person who hates their work. Then spoke very fast. Asked my insurance. I said delta. Ppo? I said I don't know. She acted like I pulled HER teeth out. Peace out.

Worse dentist. Hard to understand their English. I Needed bridge. I paid co pay and plus she got paid from my insurance. She did terrible job. I ask her to fix it. Not only she refused she want me to claim the money from insurance. Or she said go to court. She said " That s all I can do" Now I'm planning to find a dentist and redo it and pay everything from my pocket. I tried to contact insurance. Insurance refused to help me with it.

Always every helpful and the dentist makes you feel comfortable. The pain management is topnotch..the absolute very best cleaning I've ever had. Thank you Dr Fernandez!

Went to their website and asked them to be schedule for an appointment. No email responses after 10 days. Called them to schedule an appointment for me to come in for a clean up and the receptionist gave me a difficult time because she did not know how to accept my dental plan when I solely bought it because their office accepts it. Told me to hold and hung up, and I had to call her back. She asked for my name, number, and member ID and will contact the dental plan then notify me back later. It has been about week from today. Called them today and no one answered then left a voice message. It's been 3 hours and no call back. It's upsetting to want to support their business but they lack customer service. Hopefully, they will see this review and call me back ASAP.

10 stars would be more appropriate! Excellent Service and the most thorough dental cleanings always. Wait times are normal for a busy, small office. Cannot say how much I appreciate finding such a great dentist locally.

Very unprofessional, called to make a appointment and someone told me to hold rudely and with an attitude tone, I was waiting over 20 minutes and decide to call again. Left voice message but never received call back.
