Quoted one price in advance (someone without insurance) then said it is a different price ( 4-times more) when I showed up for appointment...........Needless to say I walked out !!!!

I had a dental emergency. I arrived about an hour before they opened to secure my spot in line. They try to see walk-in/ emergency patients in between appts, and it does take a while

The Dental care here is okay...April 18,2022...What I don't like is when they constantly send you notices about your account owning them a payment...I was told that the system sends it out that way, they have no control over it...It can be overwhelming especially when you are up to date on all of your payments...I think that they need to make this system show more of what it is suppose to be doing and less of what it is not suppose to be showing...I feel that I am a valuable person here and I want to be treated as well with that respect

The staff is very unprofessional. Each time I call no one picks up or someone picks up and then hangs up the phone when I'm speaking. They do not even have a hygienist available. My suggestion would be to find another dental office.

Everyone was very nice. They let me know what they were doing every step of the way. Dr Barber is excellent. She made me feel comfortable which help me with my anxieties. If I would have had a Dentist like her in the past, I would have gone for exams more often.

Happy New Years. This year has been an experience for each of us. In regards to my experience with Ferguson Dental it started off pretty rocky. There was delay and other problems which occurred due to the pandemic. After several months of working on my mouth, once again Dr.. Kubic did what he has always done, a wonderful and very professional job. I look in the mirror and I see a beautiful smile. All the pain I went through earlier is GONE!! Ferguson Dental is the absolute, greatest dental place in St. Louis! The staff is ALWAYS friendly, helpful, and quick to provide patients with dental health and insurance knowledge. I've been a patient for 9 years and continuously refer friends and family.

I have been a long time client of Ferguson Dental. Their Office is run efficiently with top notch professionals taking care of all your dental needs. My dentist is Dr. Frank Kubik and I have been with him close to 35 years. All the staff are friendly and make your experience as comfortable as possible.

The lady who cleaned my teeth didn't even work there. She worked for another dentist office and she was AMAZING.... Everyone else was horrible. The receptionist not only laughed at me needing to take medication prior to going to the dentist because of my phobia, but then proceeded to use a shady tone. Then after a long time of sitting and waiting, I do believe it was the same lady, she retaliated by calling wrong insurance places even though I had told her what my insurance was. Insisting that I would only have to pay "xxxx this much" without insurance. Just do that." But like I said the lady from Florissant dental was fantastic, she took her time, she understood my fear, and 100% took care of me beyond what she had to do.

First visit to Ferguson Dental Group was awesome!!! Friendly and professional staff. Dr. Z was very honest and informative regarding up coming procedures... Dental Assistant , Christine was also great!
