Rude and shady! Couldn't eat solids and barely spoke for 4 days because they injured me. The women running the front desk are absolutely dreadful to deal with. I have been a patient here for a few years. I am not wealthy so i get work done when i can and i pay as i can. That has never been an issue until my visit this year. They refused a payment plan for work that cost upwards of $1000 until the lady in billing (the only decent person i have met there) came out and talked with me. She directly offered a payment plan i did not have to request it. It was the woman running check out desk that refused and rolled her eyes! Dr. Spade will not consult with patients but he will lie to you with a smile and leave the staff to handle things. Hospitality and compassion are forgotten. I cannot express enough how stressful my experience here has become. They are money hungry and do not care about your unique needs. On top of that i expressed to the team that i was very nervous one day having some pretty intense work done. I was never fully numb and the gas did nothing! Turns out anxiety can cause anesthesia to not work properly. I had never had this experience in any previous work done and i am not one to get anxious during dental work. This place is despicable and nightmarish.

Been seeing Dr. Fergus for some years and he is really good at what he does. The staff is amazing. They are all very friendly and great customer service and care.

My nephew loves his visits for cleanings and treatments. His mother loves the thorough services they provide with great results. Amazing dental office with wonderful staff!

I have been there before and had good experience but this time was horrible. They are just about the money. They will not work with you. I tried to get just a little work here and there they would only try and get $2000 out of me that's after my insurance paid $4000 lol. I tried to do a down payment and do a payment plan but nope they are just about the money. Not helping people. Tried to talk to the dentist and he would not talk to me. They told me he would call me and nothing happened; no call no help. Well that's fine. I will find a better dentist.
