Dr. Jessica Nieva and her husband Abram (Abe) Whitehead have worked hard to build Fenton Family Dentistry. Together, they provide an excellent experience and trustworthy service for all patients who walk through our doors. State-of-the-art technology and years of learning allow Dr. Nieva to provide the most advanced procedures offered in dentistry. Outside of the office, Dr. Nieva and her husband enjoy being active in the community and spending time with their four daughters.

Dr. Nieva and her staff are the absolute best. They treat every patient with kindness and do great work. I'm so happy with the results of my Invisalign treatment and the bonding Dr. Nieva did on the gap between my front teeth. My teeth look so more amazing than I could have ever imagined and my jaw feels a lot better now that my teeth are aligned correctly. I live in Farmington currently, and I will always make the drive to Fenton Family Dental because they are awesome! I can't recommend them enough!

Extremely disappointed the way they handle things. They provide service but failed to explain how much it is covered by my insurance and how it is going to affect my record. They keep giving adding charges here and their but never informed me and then I just keep getting bills after bills because the insurance apparently don't cover it. Keep calling them asking for a detailed explanation and goes to voicemail but never calls back. Very unprofessional.

Very friendly, thorough, & clean! Staff are always super nice and upbeat. Dr. Neva is very sweet and thorough. They explain everything so you can understand. Great place! Highly recommend!

I love this office and the staff are very friendly but I have to give their billing department some negative feedback. I've been in for 3 six month check up where everything I've had done is covered by insurance. But unfortunately, I know to expect to have to make several phone calls months later to detangle billing errors to insurance. Each time I've visited the office has billed insurance twice for the same service and then when the second payment is denied by insurance they send me the bill. My insurance company has also sent me copies of letters they've sent to the billing office regarding overpayment issues. This takes me time and effort to sort out and is something that should be simple to process.

So this was a new patient situation for me. I went in and wanted a normal cleaning. they took about 30 x-rays and never cleaned my teeth. They said i had high blood pressure and couldn't do a cleaning. The numbers were astronomical from the wrist cuff reading. I told them i was just at the my pcp the week before and my numbers were a little elevated, but not a concern for my pcp to give me medicine. the wrist cuff they used errored out more than one time while they were doing my BP. i asked them if they could use a different cuff or do it around my upper arm and they didn't. I didn't trust the cuff they used since it showed errors on previous runs. I left there and instantly went to a local store to have my BP done on machine and it was no where near where they stated. Now i have to take more time off of work to find somebody who will actually do a cleaning. Such a waste of time for everybody involved.

They are really big into up selling. I dislike that very much, especially when they do it to minors, under the age of 18.

I love everyone at Fenton Family Dentistry from the front desk staff and my dental hygienist to Dr. Nieva herself. They always make me feel special and my teeth feel great!

$1100 after insurance. All I needed was a a chipped tooth fixed. $130 for the visit and time missed from work. Thanks for nothing!

I am new to the Fenton Family! Four months ago my son and I had our first appointment, and I was there again today. They're very prompt and friendly. My son is three, and it was his first time ever being the dentist. He was able to watch a movie while his teeth were being cleaned. The staff made it fun for him. I am very pleased with our new Dentist! Most definitely recommend! !

Just had a visit to Fenton Family Dentistry and was very impressed. The entire staff was very friendly. They greeted me by name and check-in was very quick and easy. They seem very up to date with their equipment. The tech was friendly and informative. She did a great job. Dr. Nieva was very friendly and thorough. I am very happy and plan to continue with Fenton Family Dentistry in the future. I can easily recommend Dr. Nieva's practice.

I am VERY UNHAPPY with how billing is handled. I'm shocked at how curt the communication was, and the eagerness to terminate a decade-long patient relationship over $71 that we didn't know we even owed. We spent over $2,000 and referred several people over the past year. I encourage you to find another dentist that values their patients.

Such a great dentist office! Staff is super friendly! They are extremely good with kids. They are very timely with appointments. Love that it is so organized and they never skip a beat. My whole family of 6 goes to Fenton Family Dentistry and everyone loves it!
