We are so excited to announce the addition of Dr. Michelle Phillips to our growing Practice! Dr Phillips is from a small upstate NY town. She completed her undergraduate degree at LeMoyne College, then received her Master's in Public Health at SUNY Upstate Medical before starting dental school at the University of Buffalo. After graduation, she completed a residency in general practice at St. Joseph's hospital. Dr Michelle has made her way down to Texas to join her fiance, Graham, who is also a dentist from Texas originally. Dr. Phillips will be spending her time in Daingerfield and at our sister office, Piney Woods Family Dentistry in Mount Pleasant, with Dr Niki. We can't wait for you to meet her!

Kimberly is a Registered Dental Hygienist from Mount Pleasant, TX. She played tennis while attending East Texas Baptist University and receiving her undergraduate degree in Biology where she met her husband. First starting, out she was a Registered Dental Assistant working for Dr. Niki Latiolais. Later she attended Tyler Junior College to become a Registered Dental Hygienist where she eared her degree to help educate and provide patients with healthy smiles. She is excited for her future in dentistry.

Dr. Trey Latiolais was raised in Southeast Texas, near the Louisiana border. He played baseball for Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas before receiving his undergraduate degree from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. Dr. Trey received his DDS degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston where he met his beautiful wife, Niki Latiolais, who is also a dentist.

They both practiced in the Central Texas area before relocating to the Northeast Texas area in 2015. When they are not in the office, he and Dr. Niki enjoy spending time with their two adorable children, a daughter named Logan and a son named Tate. Together, they enjoy all things outdoors including, fishing, swimming, and barbecuing!

Derity is a Registered Dental Hygienist and also works in the front office. She grew up in Mississippi but has lived in this area since 1997 and considers Mount Pleasant her hometown. She moved to Naples after high school and currently still lives there with her family.

She graduated from Northeast Texas Community College with an Associates of Science degree in 2012 and an Associates of Applied Science in 2014 from their Hygiene Program. Derity began working for Dr. Trey in the summer of 2015 when he came to this area and started with the office here when it opened in January of 2017. Derity enjoys interacting with patients in and out of the hygiene room and is passionate about playing a part in educating patients on the importance of a healthy mouth.

Rita is a Registered Dental Hygienist from Mount Pleasant, TX. She attended Northeast Texas Community College and Tyler Junior College where she earned her degree. Rita was the hygienist for Dr. Danny Lilley for 23 years and started working for Dr. Trey when he took over the practice in 2017. Rita loves interacting with her regular patients and meeting new ones. She enjoys educating her patients about their teeth and helping them to keep a healthy mouth.

Charla is a Registered Dental Assistant from Daingerfield, TX. Charla was trained on the job by Dr. Danny Lilley who she worked for, for 25 years. Charla has been working for Dr. Trey since he took over the practice in 2017 and is a familiar friendly face that her patients look forward to seeing each time they come in. She loves her patients and enjoys being able to teach them how to care for their mouths properly.

Casey is a Registered Dental Assistant from Hughes Springs, TX who completed the accredited program at Eastex Dental Academy where she graduated Valedictorian of her class. Casey is the newest member of our staff who joined our office in January of 2018. She enjoys providing quality dental care alongside Dr. Trey and bringing smiles to her patients' faces.

Donna is a Registered Dental Assistant, is currently our practice receptionist. Donna has over 40 years of experience in the dental field and was the office manager for 30 years with the previous owner of the practice and has been with Dr. Latiolais since he bought the practice in 2017.

Donna enjoys the ability to effectively organize daily office procedures to improve the patient 's experience with each visit. Being a lifetime resident of this area brings a personal touch that is beneficial for both the office and the patients. She has called Hughes Springs her home town for 48 years but was born in Houston and moved to Avinger where she was raised and attended school. In 2019 Donna was the recipient of the 'Woman of the Year Award' which was awarded to her at the annual Chamber Banquet. When Donna is not in the office, there are so many things she enjoys doing.

She loves to travel but especially by motorcycle, scrapbooking with her oldest daughter to capture her travels along with her family and grand-kids events, watching her son and now grandson drag race, running in events with her youngest daughter and working out.
