Dr. Brett Felton is a Missoula native and enjoys everything that western Montana has to offer, but particularly enjoys mountain biking, hiking, hunting, and fishing. In the community, he is a member of Sunrise Rotary, a board member of Missoula Greenhorns, and has been involved with several local charities including the following: Missoula Youth Homes, Watson Childrens Shelter, and Ronald McDonald House.
Dr. Brett Felton graduated from Hellgate High School, completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Gonzaga in Exercise Science, and received his dental training at Oregon Health and Science University Dental School in Portland. In 2007, cosmetic dentist Dr. Brett Felton joined this practice when he moved back to Missoula. Since joining the practice, he has taken a range of dental continuing education including dental implant treatment courses, and he has studied at the prestigious Kois Center for dental excellence in Seattle. Dr. Brett Felton is a member of Crown Council and several other dental organizations.
Many people have had unpleasant dental experiences. The philosophy in our office is to treat the whole patient, not just the teeth in their mouth. We understand that no two patients are the same, which is why we take time to get to know the individual concerns of our patients. Our goal is to help put an end to the negative feelings that many people have when they visit their Missoula dentist.
We achieve this by, first of all, listening to our patients individual concerns at their initial general dentistry exam. This allows us to make sure that we are addressing what is most important to each patient and taking time to answer all your questions before we start treatment.
Part of what makes Missoula such a wonderful place to live is the community and all of the resources that help so many in need. In our Missoula dentist office, we believe that it is very important to not only be part of the community, but to actively participate in it.
Many people brag about their teams, but we can back it up. Our team is among the best. We care for the individual needs of all our patients and make sure they are listened to, respected and that they feel comfortable on every visit. Friendly and compassionate are two words often used to describe how our patients feel about our team. Our patients have confidence in the team and know they can always ask them anything and that our team will meet their needs.
Part of keeping a friendly feeling in our office comes because we are real people and we know our patients are, too. We enjoy life and the relationships we build with each other as a team with our families and with each of our patients. And, as shown in our outtakes video below, we dont take ourselves too seriously.

Listed as a Medicaid Dental Provider. Not really true. I literally got their number from the people at DPHSS not 20 minutes ago. Just spoke with receptionist, not accepting any new medicaid patients. The glory of american healthcare at it's finest. You can only get help here if you're part of the for profit system. The few patients they "maintain" as the receptionist said are just for show then, it seems.

Dr. Felton has been my dentist for more than five years. More recently, my wife and children have become his patients and we have nothing but the greatest respect and praise for Dr. Felton, his staff and the competence of their care. My wonderful experience at Felton Dental began with a phone call... Julie, who is a delightful receptionist, assured me they would not be scared to take care of my teeth even though it had been 8 years since my last dental appointment. When I came in for my exam and x-rays, Dr. Felton treated me like an old friend- not like a stranger off the streets with a dirty mouth. Thank you for that Dr. Felton. Today, Nancy, the dental hygienist, knocked the chunks off and swept the nooks and crannies in such a way that I think she might have enjoyed it! She was soft and gentle and addressed my concerns and questions like a genuine angel. So, if you are looking for a new dental practice- for an exam, cleaning or getting some old fillings fixed- or even if you like going to the dentist just for kicks- I strongly recommend Felton Dental Care.

I had an implant place over 10 years ago, in the past few years I began to notice a grey color at the gym line on both my implant and crown. These teeth were right in my smile line. I was self conscious about they greying at the gym line, the color of my teeth and the disproportions. Not to mention that I had composite on my two front teeth, and was in need of crowns. Dr. Felton addressed all of these concerns. The results are unbelievable. I am so pleased with my smile now, which is a huge change for someone who used to cover her mouth when she would smile.

Even since my first visit, their team has been welcoming and take the time to get to know you--they have that personal touch. Dr. Felton is very thorough and great at answering questions no matter how large or small. Appointments are consistent and completed on time. The entire visit is streamlined, making it very easy to understand each step of the process. They've responded appropriately and taken the necessary precautions to keep staff and patients safe in 2020 and beyond. It's great to see businesses step up in the community and continue offering the same level of care even through hard times. Highly recommended if you are looking for a great dentist in Missoula.

Dr. Felton and all staff were incredibly welcoming and informative. Dr. Felton took time, was incredibly comprehensive, included additional screenings I have not previously received, and I had the chance to ask questions about my oral health. The entire clinic was spotless, all COVID-19 precautions were clearly taken in account too. I would recommend Felton Dental to all friends, family, and anyone looking for a trusted dentist.

Being a business owner myself, I am especially aware of every person in a business I come in contact with and their professionalism, attitude, skills and talent. I am extremely pleased with Felton Dental Care. I smile for lots of reasons at this well run and well staffed business. Even if you eat a couple Swedish Fish and the next think you know your old crowns have now been pulled out by the fish...i mean sharks...and you show up without an appointment!!
